“The Letter of the Law v. the Spirit”
“The whole idea of the British Constitutional Acts was to set the prophet free from protocols, laws, systems, procedures, policies; in other words, the confines that restrict the nation, its charities, its movements, its businesses, from being under God, to enable such entities to not be held back by the letter of the law.
“Now, under British laws, the prophet is meant to be the monarch, which is why he or she is head of state, above the Parliament. His or her role is to speak out the word of the Lord. So a free, liberating word of the rhemas of God is to come through the monarch.
“But by signing treaties to foreign powers, there has been a restriction on that word coming through, & the nation has been placed under protocol & laws which are not of God. In effect the freedoms, therefore, of the prophet have been restricted.
“Now, My Spirit will always ride above these protocols, & will disturb those who are under to them. These protocols are the manifestation of antichrist that will always look to quench the anointing. For you are riding high above it, & the prophets of God will always defeat those who are under to that protocol.
“In other words. They are restricted, but the prophet is free.
“Now in India & Sri Lanka, they understand this, & honour the prophet. For by doing so, they are honouring God. But where the prophet is restricted, he will resist those restrictions, & say they are unlawful, for they lack the Spirit.
“This is what is going on at the present time. Thy charity is releasing itself from the chains; & you say because of signed treaties, that these are the chains of foreign powers; chains not permitted under the 1534 Act of Supremacy, & the Elizabethan Settlement (1559).The Settlement gives the freedom for the prophet. The prophet then looks to uphold the Constitution above modern-day restriction of laws brought about because of signed treaties through foreign powers.
“So you present a freedom people like. They see a liberation in you not in anyone else under the foreign power restrictions. So they want the freedom you have.
“Now, who are the ‘they’? The ‘they’ are the vast majority of working people, fed up with the restrictions. The ‘they’ are those in modern-day movements who are wanting the vision & the passion of the founders of these movements to return. So, movements for example like the Salvation Army get to a certain level with their humanitarian care, but lack the blood & fire of the founder. The systems, however, introduced by such movements, restrict the ability of the prophet to be able to be as General Booth was. This is modern-day protocol.
“For the Spirit to take preference over the letter, there has to be a freedom for the prophet, not a restriction. When the prophet is free, he will pull down the forces of darkness around the restrictions.
“Now, God is saying a lot in these days. But what was once a godly movement has now become a bound up by law institution, unable to carry the anointing.
“Now, people see a liberation in the prophet, & want it. Who is that liberation, but Christ Himself, the One who has redeemed you from the curse of the law? In reality, people want the Liberator.
“So you are becoming popular, on condition you carry that liberation. But the Liberator is a person, Christ Jesus, who hath redeemed thee from the curse of the law; which is why Paul asked the question, ‘Who has bewitched you?’ For protocol is taking preference over the Spirit.
“You will be continuously courted, for people want their movements returned to the vision & passion of their founders. You carry the anointing to fulfil that task.
“So what you have proved is that the freedom of justice & mercy will triumph over the letter of the law. So you proclaim the Liberator. Do you understand the freedom I have given thee? Yet man with his protocol will look to quench the Spirit.
“Oh, as the hymn writer wrote, ‘My chains fell off;’ & you can rise above this over-regulated society & bring people to Jesus, the Liberator.
“Now, can you bring this freedom to movements now in chains? Absolutely! The freedom thou hast, the people want. There is no other place they can get it.
“Rejoice! Thy liberation has come. Stand high, & set the people free.”

“Two Titles: As They Gathered Around Me, They Gather Around You;
yet of course it is not You They Gather Around;
& They Wear Phylacteries Around Their Heads”
"I deal with the second title first. They have head knowledge of law, to cover & protect themselves.“In thy complaint against government authoritarianism, which includes exactly what they accuse you of, which is gross control & manipulation, they wear phylacteries around the head, to show they have kept the law, kept the regulations to the letter.
There is absolutely nothing you can get them on, for they have kept the law to the letter, as it is written.“However, whether or not they have kept the law as it is written, is not the point. The point is, in British law, it is not whether you have kept the letter of the law, it is the way you have applied it.
For the law demands for proper justice to have taken place, that the law be applied with law & justice in mercy; that the law have no foreign influence in it whatsoever, that the law recognised those who uphold the faith of the nation, there being only one faith established by law in Great Britain, which is the Protestant Reformed religion established by law.
“So, if that religion is at the heart of the charity which you run, then how can it be that those of other faiths have authority over it; especially the religion which the British Constitution protests against? So, they have phylacteries around their heads, yet lack what the world calls common sense.
They can deny the British Constitution all they like; it is still what the monarch swore before God.“And so, you need to ask government bodies, ‘Which is higher: the monarch’s oath to God, or modern-day law which is influenced by Europe & the new global order, an influence contrary to the 1534 Act of Supremacy, which demands there be an increase in the virtue of Christ’s religion?’ Is that the phylactery around their heads?
“So, the question to ask is, Which law is higher? The oath of the monarch to God, & the surrounding Constitutional Acts, which are convictions of the heart, rather than that which are of the phylacteries of the mind.
It is the way law is applied that is the issue in Great Britain. For there is widespread abuse of the people, through letter of the law application of legislation, that is destroying charities & small businesses.“This is the fundamental point in your complaint against government bodies, who protect themselves through the phylacteries of the mind, rather than apply the freedom & liberty which the monarch’s oath to God gives.
“To use the phylacteries of the mind, is an act of high treason under British law, is an act of blasphemy under British law, for it applies that which is around the head above the heart of the monarch’s oath to God.“Can you see in My Word how I answered the Pharisees? My replies have not changed, have they? As I replied to them with the wisdom of God, wisdom being the principal thing, so they gather around you, plotting your crucifixion.
“Sure, they cannot crucify you as they crucified Me in the physical sense; but they look to destroy everything that you do. For, as with the Pharisees, you have removed the power that is in the phylacteries around their head. For what you are portraying is the fulfilment of the law, rather than the letter than destroys.
“By exposing this letter, you expose their weakness; & they run around, looking at how they can protect themselves against what they see as an attack against them; they being clean by the letter of the law; but the God of the Constitutional Acts judges not by the letter, but by the Spirit; & the point is, in relation to charity, comes in the very title: have they upheld charity, meaning love, agapelove, & supported those who have given their lives for the benefit of others; or hit them with over-zealous application of law? For if the Charity Commission have not upheld charity, meaning love, meaning agape love, then they are the Commission of nothing.
“No wonder the wisdom that you are applying in not only your own cases, but that of many millions of people, is making them run around you to destroy you. For you have found the fundamental flaw in the way law is being applied in 21. century Britain. “There is only one solution for the nation, & that is, Repent. In the wearing of phylacteries round their heads, they use law to destroy the infants of My creation in the womb.
They use the phylacteries around their heads to bring about marriages of same sex, which is directly opposed to the relationship of Christ & His Church, which marriage is.“And finally, they waste the resources of the land, to come against those upholding the Constitution, with the phylacteries around their heads, when they need to see whether the banking community has upheld the Constitution like you have; or have they applied global regulation above that which the British Constitution demands; for in your cases with the banks, they took action against you; when it was you who was the prosecutor, & not the defendant.
“So it is they who applied corpus juris above Habeas Corpus. Thus in all thy cases, thou has applied the British Constitution, whereas they have applied modern global law from the phylacteries around their heads, that contain laws not allowed under the British Constitution, thy protection coming by what the monarch promised to God.
“Oh, & how you contend before Caesar your right as a British citizen under the British Constitution, proving you are living the life of Biblical apostles & prophets, which placed the conviction of the heart, rather than that which was around the phylacteries of the mind.
“This is the fundamental point in all your cases; & what they cannot reply to with their minds. For until their minds are renewed by the Spirit of God through being born again, they will never grasp what the monarch promised God, which is why they refer constantly to modern regulation, whereas you stand on the landmark, which is far higher.
“Rejoice, & be exceedingly glad, for they gather around you as they gathered around Me. As I replied to the Pharisees, they gathered to discuss how they could destroy Me.“The letter of the law killeth. But I have made thee able ministers of the New Covenant, & that you travel in the power of My resurrection. Whatever you say has life, in My name, the phylacteries of the mind bringing death; & your calling is to bring life to the people.
One of the main centres of over-regulation in Britain is Scotland. Yet you have stood in its very own Mars’ Hill, above the present-day Parliament; above, too, the seats of present-day ‘Church’ regulation; above the secret place where policy is discussed & manipulated before going through the Scottish Parliament.“Place My intercessor on this hill; & the walls of over-regulation will tumble.“They cry out for independence in Scotland; yet it is a rebellious independence, for their independence means more foreign law.“I have called Scotland to take the leading role in the Union at this time.
Because of the heritage you carry in your ministry, which began those years ago in Scotland, you are called back again to Scotland, to restore the landmark of Knox who in no uncertain terms, reminded the monarch of her constitutional heritage. And so, by bringing about the Constitution Keepers, you will have founded an organisation that insists that any new monarch should affirm exactly the same as what was on oath in 1953; for there be only one religion established by law; & your cry-out for Protestants to come together around this Constitution is one that will bear fruit in Scotland, & then in the rest of the United Kingdom, I including Northern Ireland as well as Scotland in this statement, which I see as one & the same country.
“So rejoice! Place My intercessor on the Mars’ Hill of Scotland. He will have a good shout over the capital, to My glory; not only to re-establish Scottish politics under the British Constitution, but also to fan the flames of the North. For as through My prophetess I said the revival would begin, you are to fan those flames in the Highlands & Islands; for thou will go there with the old-fashioned revival My ministers Colin & Mary portrayed to My glory; for therestill remains a fear of God in the Highlands & Islands, & you are to fan that flame in My name, saith the Lord.“So you see, you have a double role in Scotland: to restore the landmark of Knox, & to fan the flame of revival.
“Isaiah 58 & Psalm 24 will pulsate from your hearts; & indeed as they cried out in Lewis, the heavens will be rended once more. But thou will bring that little piece of Welsh heritage into the equation too; for as well as declaring that which came through Campbell, thou will also declare 5the ‘Bend me, bend me!’ of Moriah. For the week of meetings you did all those years ago from Barvas to Moriah will at last bear fruit; not only in the Highlands & Islands, but in the whole of the UK.“But the flames must be fanned in the North of Scotland first, & the Islands. For this flame is to cover the whole of Britain.
“And by being in central Scotland, thou will have restored the political stability required to remove the phylacteries around the heads of government officials, to replace these with the conviction of the heart, which is what the whole British Constitution is all about, & is why the first Elizabeth took the action she did, to restore the 1534 Act of Supremacy, which demands the increase in virtue of Christ’s religion; virtue meaning the anointing, she bringing about political stability, as well as the increase in the anointing.
“Now you see your role in Scotland, remembering the counterfeit, which Knox removed. Oh, thou shalt have a joyous time, applying My Word of Isaiah 58, & bringing the anointing as you proclaim Psalm 24.“Oh, praise ye the Lord! Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.”

“The Dangers of Mental Assent”
“The warning of Wesley pulsates from your heart. Be aware of mental assent. At this time of year (this being a man-made device of time), people use mental assent a great deal. People will say, ‘Happy New Year’ motivated by the calendar date rather than the Spirit. This is not a New Year in the Spirit, the dates of the calendar being given over to false gods, & those in charge of Romanism.
“So ‘Happy New Year’ is not appropriate for the Christian. What needs to be proclaimed is the timeless joy of the Lord, which is our strength. So when they proclaim, ‘Happy New Year,’ you proclaim, ‘The joy of the Lord is our strength.’ For in the world there is to be more strife, problems & difficulties, because the leaders of the world are using mental assent. “The coming General Election in Great Britain will be based on those of mental assent. Has the Labour Party got before God, asking Him for His direction, or are they motivated by natural circumstance?
From the university classroom comes their answers. But who is running the university classroom? The god of this world has nicely removed spirituality away from those studying in university; for no longer is My Word studied as it should be. Which theology department in the universities studies My Word, & moves in what is the main point of Matthew 16; that is, the blessing on Peter when I declared unto him that he was blessed on the basis that flesh & blood had not revealed information to him; & when human logic came into his thinking, he became the very devil himself, who used his mind to take Peter away from the glorious plan of God.
“This is why you mistrust the promises of a politician. They come from human response to situations, & fail to touch the real cause of Britain’s problems, which is the real cause of America’s problems, the Commonwealth’s problems, etc. They have forgotten God, who inspires men from His dealings with them, to completely rely on what the Spirit is saying. “Has the writers of the manifesto of the Conservative Party contacted God over its content? Liberal Democrats, in their embracing of Europe, are guilty of putting the nation under a foreign power, contrary to its Constitution.
“All this comes under the title of mental assent;& there is Babylon on the horizon. Until nations understand they are to put God first, there will be continued strife, problems & difficulties in the world. “So let Me assure you it will not be a happy New Year in the world. So to say it, is to say a lie; a lie of the devil himself. The truth is, The joy of the Lord is your strength; for thou art called to be overcomers, high above principality & power,& man-made calendar systems, giving honour to false gods & the leaders of Romanism. “You know better, so you are blessed.
So it is not to be a happy New Year in the world. Babylon is looming, & politicians present their case by mental assent rather than by the Spirit: there is nothing ‘happy’ about that. “But thou art praising the Lord; & I have given you clear direction. There is the revival of Great Britain. There is the revival meeting thou art to have ‘on air.’ Thou art to manifest the joy of the Lord, which is thy strength.
So expect great joy, as you overcome every government investigation that has come through those of mental assent; those who have judged you through human rationale. They will never understand you that way, ever; which is why thy country has a legal system related to the Lords spiritual & temporal. When will they understand the priority of the Spirit? It is there in Parliament, right under their noses, yet they fail to see it, because they have been blinded by the god of this world, who motivates his instruments through mental assent. “Instruction to David re the web-sites:

The Solheim Cup: The Clash of Two Legal Systems”
“The European ladies were about to win the Solheim Cup, but they chose the letter rather than the spirit.“Under the monarch’s Coronation Oath comes the word ‘customs’ which she has promised to uphold.
The British custom is to go by the spirit, rather than the letter for the greatest ploy of the enemy of souls is to bring legalism over a country; but the monarch has promised to protect the nation from such legalism, by her promise to uphold the customs of the nation. “One such custom is ‘British fair play,’ with the spirit overturning the letter, this being so important in British law.
But as in the Solheim Cup, when Britain joins a European team under European law, the letter takes precedence over the spirit. This is illegal in Great Britain, for the monarch is there to uphold the Constitutional Acts that places virtue & the wisdom of God above the letter.“What you saw in the Solheim Cup was Europe apply the letter rather than the spirit; & Europe lost the match.
Such as it is with thee. The Spirit is always higher than the letter, & the Spirit will always overturn the letter, for the Spirit is life, & the letter death. Hence the victory of the American team. It is from those who apply the letter of the law that the nati0ns of Europe are losing the match.
For as you see in the American team, the Spirit was roused. Europe was about to win, but the European team applied the letter. “With Britain handing over its legal systems to Europe, the whole heart of the nation has been suppressed by letter of the law judgements. This is why in your legal cases, you insist on the spirit above the letter, for those who apply the letter will always lose.
For the spirits of those who apply the Constitution will be roused, & will overturn the apparent victory of those of the letter, by the spirit which is what happened in the Solheim Cup. “Foreign interference, particularly interference that brings the letter of the law into British politics & its legal systems, is one strictly forbidden in the Constitutional Acts.
Indeed, to apply foreign law over British law & custom is an act of high treason against the State.“Elizabeth the First opposed the letter of the law policies of a Papal order. She re-instated the Act of Supremacy, not only embracing its contents, but by the virtue I gave her, to establish a Protestant Christian nation, free of all foreign interference into legal systems, interference that destroys rather than brings life, life not being a thing or an object, but a person, the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, under whom she placed the nation’s legal systems & customs, & Him alone.

“In the case of thy accusers, thou has given every opportunity for mercy above judgement. For the Spirit draweth all men unto Himself, including thy accusers, whom I have called thee to bless & to love, rather than to destroy.“But as with the Solheim Cup, they shall sow what they reap, if on their side they apply the letter. For the letter killeth, the Spirit giveth life.
“Likewise there have been those in witchcraft who have looked to destroy thee. I told you of the witch doctor who came to kill thee in the Andhra Pradesh jungle, at a limited stage of your spiritual development. I implored you to use My name, & this you did in power, & the curses of death he was looking to place on you, reverted on him, as has recently happened with those who have cursed you through trying to catch you out through the letter of the law.
This they have done through placing the regulation above the Spirit. This is exactly what Elizabeth the First prohibited in her Settlement. This is why the nation has to be free of the fear of regulation, the breaking of this Settlement & the giving of powers to Europe has brought about a nation in fear of regulation, rather than having a nation under the Spirit, the Spirit bringing liberty rather than fear. “[II Corinthians 3:17, ‘Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.’]
“Such as you have witnessed in the Solheim Cup. The team that applied the letter, lost, the spirit of the Americans was rouse, overturning a certain defeat into a certain victory by the Spirit. In thy legal cases, is the nation going to apply the letter in its approaches to thee, or the Spirit, which is the demand of Constitutional Law? For it is by the spirit thou hast applied the without prejudice offer, full of mercy & grace. How is the State to reply?
“With our own customs, compassion & respect for God-given choices, or through the coarse world of reason, that another American team stood against, becoming the most prominent nation in the world, not through reason & the letter of the law, but by virtue, virtue being at the beginning of the Constitutional Acts, as it was in President Reagan’s government.
The nation, by the Mayflower Compact, Great Britain is in covenant with; & when it is part of a European team, the nation loses, but wins as in World War II, when it is on the side of the Americans (Mayflower Compact), rather than being in a European team bound by the letter, the result of all this being seen by all in the Solheim Cup.”

“You sing this song “There is Something about That Name” - & as you apply the name “Jesus,” as you hear the natural wind blowing now, there is a stability that comes in that Name.
Stability is not being moved by circumstances.
“You know, as the angel of death passed over those with the blood on their doorposts, so that which is of this world will pass over thee.
“Radiation from nuclear fall-out – it shall not come nigh thee. Economic collapse, from the vagrancies of the New World Order, shall not come nigh thee. The plagues of the day, for those who claim they are deliberately manufactured - & indeed, I tell thee, there are scientific experiments as regards to nuclear waste; as regards to all these things you have learned about incinerators; as regards to modern industry, which is not giving heed to the welfare of the people: I tell you, it shall not come nigh thee.
“I am determined to see you both, your home, family, your Church family, walking in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Tell the people to walk there. Tell the people how much I love them; for they are reaching an era in this world where they are seeing the effects of the love of money.
“Do not lean to your own understandings; move in My Word. Listen to Me, day after day.
“Now, I see that the rear-guard is coming together, & you are finishing the final touches to that preparation.
“Now, David I am telling you to go in very hard against those banking institutions that have forsaken the Covenantal Acts of thy nation. You are to give them thirty days, else you are to hand in a report of the breaches of law which you itemised, to the Crown Prosecution Service; & insist that the Covenantal Acts of thy nation are kept to – to the letter. For what is around them is an oath to God. The Covenantal Acts are widely abused in thy nation, by Government, the banking sector, & big business.
“You are to claim power in thy nation; & tell those in industry, the banking sector, & Government, that keeping Covenantal Acts is not a choice, but a demand of God.
“Be strong: do not compromise. We insist the Covenantal Acts of thy nation be kept to the letter. No straying from them is permitted; & test cases referred to for infiltration have no place in law - & you are to tell them that.
