2015 to 2022 Ministry Plan towards True Revival

Part 1: Stage 5

The Seven Year Plan is Concluding this year (2022) - now being followed by

​"THE IMMINENCY PROGRAMME"

The Coming Together of the Open Confession Movement – Revelation 12:11 ‘And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb,

and by the word of their testimony’ [open confession].

 

Alongside this, the Article of Reference: The Restoration of the Ministry of General Booth – ‘O Boundless Salvation’ – the Preaching of Blood & Fire.”

“Oh – they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb,

& the word of their testimony.

 

“This Stage if going to bring release all over the world. Lindsay, thou hast been singing, ‘There is no Secret what God can Do.’ So the Open Confession movement will be bringing about the conditions for the secrets, which have been many in relation to the sexual revolution of the 1960s; also in relation to the impact of freemasonry on society; also in relation to the effects of the positive confession movement, & its impact in certain parts of the Word of Faith movement, making its form of Christianity into a system of formulas, as with the sons of Sceva, causing damage to so many.

 

“In amongst it all are so many secrets needing to come out. Man needs to be broken for the power of God to take over. Evan Roberts cried out, ‘Bend me! Bend me!’ And the Open Confession movement which thou shalt begin, will bring out those opening up, the charlatan preachers having no place in this, for their technique, as one has witnessed in England particularly, with one particular case, where souls are opening up to thee about the suppression that has been upon them. Heavy shepherds have no place in this, with their grandness above everybody else. The charlatan preacher to whom I refer goes on about what he owns & what he has – all the materialism of this world, when My call is not to hoard up treasures on earth, but treasures in heaven.

 

“For this movement is all about those who have made themselves poor, who become rich in Me. Their passion is to use all their resources for the gospel, & you will have those who lay all their resources at your feet; & your principal of not taking personal offering, but only for the gospel, is one I have noted to your account. For thou as a ministry has been prepared to become poor, so one can have the resource to fulfil the calling on one’s lives.

“Thy story, David & Lindsay, on the internet, is to come to the fore; the one you wrote for being 25 years married, the strength of this marriage being in the honesty & openness to each other.

 

“Such is to be My Church of the open confession, confessing faults one to another, that ye all may be healed.

You see, this is a depth of honesty that only comes with a ministry of those who come before Me open (no big ministers above everybody else – they too are in this), a place of complete trust.

 

“You see, the state has secrets, & thy predecessors, Oxley & Whitehouse, opened them up for all to see. Yet the state suppressed their findings, & little ones suffered as a consequence.

 

“The strength of Oxley & Whitehouse was in their openness. The downfall of British Constitutional government has been in its secrecy, which you are witnessing now in secret investigations, people living in fear of what is to happen.

 

“But thou art overcoming this secrecy. Yes, I will come to the blood of the Lamb, so important in the Article of Reference to come.  But here, in this Stage, the word of your testimony is so much more powerful than the operations of secrecy.

 

“You see, this operation of secrecy, which has been particularly apparent since the 1960s, with those of the secret agenda infiltrating movements & governments so as to bring a control over the people within the activities of the spirit of fear. God has not given thee the spirit of fear, but power. Love, & a sound mind; & from this comes an openness & trust in society.

 

“This has been noticed already in government circles in the Conwy County. For there is a freedom in this; a liberty which only the Spirit can bring.

 

“But oh yes, you can tell the people the secrets are to come out; & as they come out, revival comes, impacting all of society, starting with the Church. ‘Are my hands clean? Is my heart pure?’ Just as in the Hebrides the open confession of the saints brought about revival in the whole of that society, the modern revivals of the Charismatic movement being completely opposite to this.

 

“So, the Open Confession movement is so powerful, for it brings about empty vessels for the Spirit to enter. Prisons can be emptied, hospitals emptied. For this movement takes away the stress, the reason why they are in hospital in the first place. Nations being set free – or are they to continue with the secret agenda of Satan? For the agenda of secrecy, over-regulation & fear, is what is dominating nations of the world just now.

 

“But the Open Confession movement shall overcome this, if brought about in line with the fulfilling of the vision of General Booth: ‘O Boundless Salvation’ – the preaching of Blood & Fire.

 

“Now, the Article of Reference, the preaching of Blood & Fire, has not been part of this Emerging Church movement. This has been a concoction of universalism, business technique, heavy suppression over the people, & manifestations of Eastern mysticism, such as Kundalini. It has stolen movement after movement, with tolerance of sin rather than conviction of sin.

 

“Such is the accommodation gospel. Preaching is seen as too heavy within this movement; but preaching of blood & fire that comes with the Open Confession movement, brings back the important doctrine, as we have in a previous Article, of Entire Sanctification. The Boundless Salvation preaching of General Booth is to be restored, with the movement of the Salvation Army coming back into the hands of those who preach blood & fire, the Bible College of Wales coming back into the hands of those who preach full surrender, Methodism into the hands of those who preach perfection, the British government into those who administer the Elizabethan Settlement, rather than modern laws that have killed innocents, like those in the womb, & the polluting of innocents’ minds with immoralities My Word does not tolerate.

 

“So, we have an Open Confession movement, & the preaching of Blood & Fire. Well, what was the mourners’ bench all about in ‘early days’? For the bench of open confession, & how so many wept on these benches! Where one weeps is immaterial, as long as one weeps. But the open confession brings out deep hurts, & the blood washes them away; & the fire brings about a clean vessel, for the Spirit of God to enter in.

 

“Such is the preaching of General Booth; & as you write out the words of this hymn, ‘O Boundless Salvation,’ in this Articles of Reference, the mighty ocean of blessing will pour over the people of the Open Confession movement.

 

“What an army you shall have! A Salvation Army. What a title! What a name! Oh, that is the message of how to reach the people!

 

“So this Stage is the Stage of the open confession. You see, when I look at churches commonly today, I see people with fronts; no preaching of blood & fire, but gentle little talks, to placate the people in their sins; the Open Confession movement coming alongside the preaching of Blood & Fire. What a movement this shall be! For all the secrets shall come out, & My baptism in the Holy Ghost & with fire, shall come down upon a people ready to reach every creature with the gospel.

 

“What a business plan this is! My business is in reaching every creature with those prepared to pay the price for revival; a revival as I gave through J Edwin Orr, that begins with the searching of God, & the open confession of the people.

 

“What a message! What an anointing! This is the increase in virtue that comes with the British Constitution, a key for all government departments in Britain to understand - & in America. For secrets bring fear. Openness brings liberty.”

Stage 5 Actions – The Open Confession Movement

 

  • Open Confession Movement - “For this movement is all about those who have made themselves poor, who become rich in Me.   • Confessing faults, openness to God and to each other  - exposure of secrets. “The strength of Oxley & Whitehouse was in their openness. The downfall of British Constitutional government has been in its secrecy, which you are witnessing now in secret investigations, people living in fear of what is to happen.

 

  • “But thou art overcoming this secrecy. “Business Plan Article of Reference:

The Pharisaic Attack, & How to Deal with it”

 

“Throughout My earthly ministry, the Pharisees would gather around Me with their law books, looking to catch Me out. They would find the narrow situation, not acceptable to their laws, & would duly attack in very narrow areas of law, in view of destroying the ministry of Jesus Christ.

 

“What you have understood about My Word, & about British Constitutional Law, is that My Word, & that the Constitutional Acts of Great Britain, are contextual in application; which is why in My Word, there was given to Paul the statement that the letter of the law killeth, & the Spirit giveth life.

 

“This is why I placed right at the forefront of British Constitutional Law, the demand to increase virtue in Christ’s religion. So the wisdom of how law is to be applied, is recognised in British law, in the anointing of God. Within this sphere, of course, is the wisdom of God, there being an additional clause that all law is to be applied in law & justice & mercy, the reference book in British courts of law to this very day being the Word of God.

“What is the most common book that is sworn on in British courts? And what word did the Queen swear on in the Coronation Oath? From what book did the whole Coronation Service come out of? On what philosophy did the monarch promise to uphold in all law-making? Whose wisdom is sought before every sitting of Parliament, in prayer? The list goes on. So, whose wisdom is sought in law-making, & application? The wisdom of God, or the narrow application of law of the Pharisees? For without the wisdom of God there is no correct application of law.

 

“This is what is going wrong in British law cases. They take the narrow, instead of the context. This is what is happening with the Revelation TV case at this time. They find the narrow procedural fault, rather than gaining understanding of the whole heart of the operation. Because the narrow procedural fault is found, the whole reputation of a ministry like Rev TV is clouded.

 

“Such as it is with thee. They find the narrow procedural fault, rather than placing that in the context of the whole heart of the ministry. For with Christ (hence the clause in British law, to increase virtue in Christ’s religion), the whole heart of the operation takes precedence over the Pharisaic approach of narrowness of procedure. “So, what is happening to you in relation to the finding on narrow procedural fault, has no place in British law, where the heart of the situation has to take precedence over narrow apparent procedural error. For the heart in law has precedence over the letter; for the British Constitution declares – for the monarch swore in My Word – that the Spirit takes precedence over the letter.

 

“Such as it is in your case with the OPG, you receiving Pharisaic accusations from the British broadcaster, which gave no reference to the move of My Spirit in relation to My donor, who was called by My Spirit to give to thy ministry; who was called by My Spirit to let him run her financial affairs, all this being removed because of narrow application of law, without any heed whatsoever to the Spirit.

 

“And so, whilst there be rebellion in the seats of government, there will constantly be these attacks against thy ministry, as there was during My earthly ministry.

 

“So, this Article of Reference has an action part. You will see these attacks are recorded in My Word. You do likewise. Be not afraid to allow the attacks of the Pharisee to be seen throughout the whole world.

 

“They went on & on & on at you to have procedure & policy during the Charity Commission enquiry. So let this be a Trustee statement on policy: that this ministry does not recognise the narrow application of law as being remotely legal; that this ministry insists that unless Christ be given the priority, as He is in the British Constitution, then these narrow applications of law have their origins in the one who is the expert in letter of the law applications; who is the expert in suppressing My Word in society; for example, using out of context statements from My Word so as to suppress the ministry of women. For Satan’s Pharisees are throughout all Christendom; & indeed, his Pharisees are within every court in the land, as they give priority to the letter over the Spirit.

 

“So, thy policy is in contextualism: that is, everything must be seen in context, as Howard & Leslie in the Revelation TV case, have shouted over the sacrifice involved in setting up that channel. That is the context of the whole situation; yet priority is given to the narrow procedural break – not admitted under British law – highly illegal.

 

“For these narrow areas are sending more to their graves & the hospital wards through stress, thus making those applying law this way guilty of high treason, first degree murder, & grievous bodily harm.

 

“That is the ministry of the Pharisees, who are to be resisted by the sword of My Spirit. For they continually attack on the narrow, with people believing the narrow perspectives of legalism, giving no regard to the heart of My Spirit, the rigidity of the Pharisees giving ministries of God bad reputations on the internet, with people engrossed in that phenomenon, of its conspiracies & intrigues, rather than the study of My Word, which brings life.

 

“So, this Article of Reference runs alongside the Stages of development of thy ministry. It is in line with Stage 1: the Pulling Down, the Weeding Out. And as this whole business plan, once approved by Trustees & members of thy ministry, there has to be an exposure of narrow letter of the law applications in society, that under British law have no place in the increase in virtue of Christ’s religion; which means that the anointing of Christ has to take preference over the letter; which is the main priority of the Constitution Keepers which I have called thee to set up.

 

“Now, this prophecy can be sent immediately to Rev TV, to be a blessing & encouragement to them, in line with the Scripture of edification, exhortation & comfort. For those who come to attack thee with the narrow application of letter of the law, are completely out of line with the understanding of the British Constitutional Acts, on which you are willing to come to share on one of Rev TV’s programmes.

 

“Therefore, in the policies of thy ministry, you will continue to offer hands of friendship to those in trouble & in need. This is at the very heart of thy ministry: the compassion of Christ, where you say in My name, ‘Come, all ye who are heavy laden.’

 

“For this is the policy I give thee for this business plan; you will love those in difficulties, toil & torment; that you will be prepared to give your life for others. For I have called thee to bring forth life through the Spirit, rather than bring forth the suppression & oppression which is upon the whole nation, that is afraid of breaking the over-regulatory approaches of government officials, who seem to understand that they need to find out people by the letter of the law; the Spirit, however, taking precedence over the letter. Hence in British law you have the term ‘spiritual & temporal,’ the spiritual taking priority.

 

“So, a motion needs to be passed by thy Trustees & members,  that this ministry is one of the Spirit rather than the letter; & that applying the letter, rather than the understanding of the Spirit, is an act of supreme heresy against Almighty God & His Word.

 

“Hence you have the leaven of the Pharisee taking its toll on society, on which you are to act, to set the people free.

 

“Hence, this Article of Reference goes alongside the coming together of the Constitution Keepers. So this part of the business plan is to be placed alongside that which I have already given in relation to the Constitution Keepers.”
