This seven year plan is for a Worldwide Harvest of Souls with every creature being reached
A 7 YEAR 2015 to 2022 consisting of a number of parts,
the FIRST PART consisting of seven stages which are as follows:
Stage 1:
Jeremiah 1:10 King James Version (KJV) –
The bowling out of the Emerging Church and in this comes the teaching of entire sanctification and the all day seminars
See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
Stage 2:
Isaiah 61 King James Version (KJV) –
The South to Norths – Mission Houses – the building up of the waste places
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Stage 3:
The Freedom from Continuous Deliverance and transfer to the “Go ye”! The Frodisham and Smith prophecies

Stage 4:
The Hitting Hard of the Communistic Blockage – the build up to Meggido – to inform the people of the oncoming charge – to be taken seriously as Western countries are taken over by the communistic charge.

The Open Confession Movement

Stages 6 & 7:
The South to Norths Revival and the return of movements back to God with the Bible College of Wales housing missionaries to change Britain – same all over the world as the facilities of God’s pioneers are returned to those carrying those callings as the final Intercession of Norman Grubb is realised.
Stages 1 & 2: Introduction
This is My Word for thee, of a period of time in which thou would have given this ministry operation, should I tarry, over to the next generation.
“Now, I emphasise, I am talking of the everyday running of this ministry. Thou must be prepared, after this period of time, to still preach the gospel, still reach every creature; & still be in positions of power, to bring nations back to God, & to bring nations to God. That is the nature of a prophetic ministry.
“So, how is this achieved in this seven-year plan?
Stage 1: The Jeremiah 1:10 Commission

10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
In this, thou art to re-establish the principles of real revival, which thou, under the guidance of My Spirit, have given great emphasis to, both on thy web-sites & also in thy preaching, & also in thy College courses.
“Also in this is the restoration of movements, in which you expose the infiltration, both in Church & nation, rising up to be seen as prophets calling both Church & nation back to God.
“This is all in Stage 1: the exposure of Higher Criticism, the stealing of colleges & seminaries all over the world. Yea, thou hast obeyed My Spirit, & must continue to do this, as thou draws forces with the remnant of God. Hence this strong spiritual link thou hast with the Olivers, who also have exposed the infiltrations. For thou hast a calling to work with them in achieving this aim of Stage 1: the Jeremiah 1:10 Commission.
Jeremiah was a prophet, who looked to put right both ‘Church’ (1) & state. They gathered around him to suppress his operations, as they gather around thee. There had been a turning away from God, & the ancient landmark of belief. He had not let them get away with it, so they plotted against him as they plot against thee.
He was building the foundations for the Church to be formed.
“But the ‘they’ are those of the gnosis; of the knowledge; of the human rationale of man-centred philosophies of man at the centre; whereas thou hast stood as being God-centred, of being of the living Word, sola scriptura, the Word that never changes. Whereas the ever-changing Emerging Church moves at the whim of men, rather than the calling of God.
“Now, all of this has been the operations of Stage 1. What thou must now do, is prepare for Stage 2: The Building & the Planting. For if governments & the Emerging Church is to collapse, where are the victims going to go?
STAGE 1: ACTIONS
Re-establish the principles of real revival, which thou, under the guidance of My Spirit, have given great emphasis to, both on thy web-sites & also in thy preaching, & also in thy College courses.
Also in this is the restoration of movements, in which you expose the infiltration, both in Church & nation – Church Movements and Movements of State back in line with founders constitutions and in relation to state – the Constitutional Acts of Great Britain with the Elizabethan Settlement at the hub – in USA: the Mayflower Compact.
Exposure of Higher Criticism, the stealing of colleges & seminaries all over the world.
Strong spiritual link thou hast with the Olivers, who also have exposed the infiltrations. For thou hast a calling to work with them in achieving this aim of Stage 1: the Jeremiah 1:10 Commission.
Recognise those of the gnosis who gather around thee and bring into the open their activity.
Welcome to Stage 2:
The Building - the Planting.
This is the stage thou art at now.
“Now, all the wealth creation operations are there in My Word. You have the power to get the wealth. My Spirit has the power to speak to those to be backers at this stage. For thou must not look in on oneself, & one’s own situation, but out into the harvest field, for what I am to build through thee.
“I am the Lord that changeth not; & what I told thee those years ago over Sri Lanka to Tibet, is to be fulfilled in thy lifetime. One must be prepared to share this vision with thy Tamil ministers, who love thee & cherish thee, understanding that thou hast suffered as they have suffered. The ministry that is to take Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal & Tibet, is to be called the Ministry of Tears.
The Ministry of Tears
This is the name I give unto thee for this part of thy ministry. Thou art at this stage to bring together the Tamil ministers into this cause; & yes, those of Singhalese origin need not feel out of this. It is just at this stage, the majority involved will be of Tamil origin. But this is just a practical statement, for a fully surrendered Singhalese minister is no different in this.
“Thou art to tell them thou hast seen a ministry of tears; of such broken people. Oh, how I love the empty vessel who has come to the end of him- or her-self; & women, thou art involved in this. Fear not, for the strongholds of Satan, whereas they can match the thinking of men, cannot match the broken vessel full of the Holy Ghost. They can come nowhere near the broken vessel full of the Holy Ghost.
“But thou hast become a partaker of Christ. It is the Christ who appears to the people; not thee, but Christ Himself. “In this building up part, this planting part, comes the Commission of Isaiah 61. Significant, isn’t it?

6 But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves.
7 For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.
8 For I the Lord love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
9 And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the Lord hath blessed.
10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
11 For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
Jeremiah, then Isaiah; & in this producing of the seven-year business plan, the principles that came through Habakkuk, the standing on your watch, the writing of the vision, being ready for the appointed time; then the admonition of the prophet, ‘Not by power, nor by might, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord.’
“What an army of empty vessels, coming around thee in this ministry of tears, of broken men & risen Christ, bearing the sword of My Word! For thou hast already exposed the false Word of the other Jesus. The enemy has his ‘Church’ arguing over texts, whereas My Church is arising, with the never-changing Word, as a sword to plunge right into the heart of the enemy camp.
Oh yes, you need to prepare for this, for this is Stage 2 of My plan, which will impact the whole world, including Western nations, such is the power of My sword.
And thou must be prepared to take over governments. Governments are upon My shoulders, to save the babies lost to abortion. This end-time evil of Satan is one which thou must expose for what it is. For as governments slaughter the innocents, so all their regulations fall under the curse of the Garden of Eden, when men questioned God’s Word, rather than obeyed it.
“Oh yes! This plan brings forth those who will come in & bring the Word to Western nations. For governments of the West, who think they can run things through the gnosis, are to meet with the armour-bearers of nations that will rise up with the gospel of Christ Jesus, & save the whole world.
“This is the reaping of the sowing of Rees Howells.
“Now, these moves will occur in the developing nations of the world, the poor being richer than the rich, the weak being stronger than the strong. Isn’t this how My Word was written? The weakest will become the strongest, the poorest the richest. For during Stage 1, one exposed the corruption of the bankers; & now in Stage 2, prepare for the weakest to take over from the apparent strongest.
“For from within this army of the weakest will come talents far higher than those of the gnosis, these armour-bearers being those of the Spirit, coming with the agape of Christ, who died for you. The wiles of Satan are so small to this mighty army of God.
“So, this is thy Stage 2. Prepare for it now: the building of mission bases, the bringing together of these ministers. Some of these stations are already there, & you will work with them. Some are already built. These will be mission stations continually broadcasting the gospel, continuously running meetings with millions receiving Christ, great signs & wonders confirming My Word. “Oh yes! This is what thou art preparing for. A Similar move will take place in Africa & South America & Oceania, of the poorest countries becoming rich, the weakest countries strong, & the West falling under the power of those who are of the broken vessel, rather than of the intelligence of man.
“So within this stage, thou must establish in thine own country the Constitution Keepers, & have those in all parties taking position to uphold the Constitutional Acts of thy nation. For thou art bringing the conditions for the God Commonwealth. For in this it is My will that the resources of the world, which are so vast the Green movement can only lie about it, are to be equally shared.
So, this is why the Stage 2 plan is coming together, of having a base in UK in readiness for the harvest, but bringing together the Ministry of Tears, the Sri Lanka to Tibet vision.
“Now, as this gets going, I will be giving word for other places in the world for you to get together with. Already this is happening in Africa, where I will bring those in South Africa to help thee, that nation itself needing to prepare for a mighty move of My Spirit, to enable white & black to work together as one in Christ. Then you will have an army to take on the trouble-spots of Africa.
“So this is Stage 2. Future words will reveal the stages after this. But the Ministry of Tears is what I am calling thee to expand upon at this stage. And thou art to build the place of readiness, thy UK base, from where you will reach the world with programmes – & this is the difference between thee & other Christian channels – they commonly talk about God, whereas you manifest God.
“And so, it is thy Every Creature Commission Television channel which is being built in readiness for this mighty harvest.
“So, to summarise Stages 1 & 2: Jeremiah 1:10, the weeding out that which has infiltrated in; the building, the planting & the great harvest in Stage 2, of the coming together of the broken vessels in what I have named the Ministry of Tears.
“No natural army can stop it, for the broken vessel is the most powerful being the world has ever seen. For this manifests the risen Christ. Nothing can stop it; & the truth of real revival will confound that of Satan’s Emerging Church, which has been set up to be man-centred, rather than the God-centring of the true revivalist.”

“The Seven Year Business Plan of the Lord”
“We have had to date Stage 1 & Stage 2; the Jeremiah 1:10 Commission, the pulling down & weeding out, building & to plant. We have had the Ministry of Tears, the Sri Lanka to Tibet vision, this pattern to continue the world. A mention was given to South Africa as regards to Africa. Words are to be given for Africa, particularly the political situations, as I have already given word in relation to the Sri Lanka to Tibet vision.
“So I have given thee Stage 1 & Stage 2, & I have given thee Jeremiah 1:10 & Isaiah 61; & plans can be written up for all over the world to have similar moves, as I have given thee for Sri Lanka to Tibet. I talk in relation to developing nations at this stage; for all will be revealed, as regards to Western nations, in later stages.
“Now, running alongside these stages will be some central areas of understanding. So in the business plan, you write areas of understanding. Remember Area 1, understood in Great Britain, of Church & State together. That is the Constitution, with the monarch as Head of State, obligated to obey God, uphold the Protestant Reformed religion established by law; & you have been put into position to make sure she does it, all government bodies do it, & in this there is no compromise.
The Constitution Keepers will stand firm, its members infiltrating all sorts of government bodies, to ensure the Constitution is kept. There can be no more rebellion; & you have drawn example from Oxley & Whitehouse, who exposed the corruption, but were accused of being corrupt themselves, just as you have been. And they gave not one inch to the accusers, but stood powerfully in My name against those who were primarily abusers rather than accusers.
“Now, there is a distinction here I want you to understand. Those who abuse are different to those who accuse. There will always be those who abuse children, as long as the government takes part in the central abuse, which is the apparent legal allowance to abuse the children of the womb. Once a Parliament allows that it allows into its ranks those who will abuse children outside of the womb; & this is what Oxley found out. In the heart of government is inbred sin; & from here came allowance for corrupt bankers to hold the country & its people to ransom; & you took them on, for they refused to uphold a House of Lords edict, making you the scapegoat for their evil ways. For in reality, those bankers were found out to be abusers rather than accusers; & you took them on in the Christian Financing website, now to be part of Constitution Keepers.
“And thy nation which has made an oath before God, needs to pay its tithe unto thee, for I have called thee to be of the table of Melchizedek. For despite of what they say, I have found thee faithful, in not only being givers of the holy tithe, but also being prepared to lay everything down for the cause, making you eligible to fulfil this high calling of God, to bring Great Britain & America back to God. With the respect of Constitutional Acts & Compact, these are holy orders that I give unto thee. For thou art called to say to these nations, ‘Thou art to honour Me.’ For if thou art to build up the waste places, as is My Isaiah 61 call, one will be changing the ethos from selfish lust to sacrifice for the benefit of the lost & suffering.
Now, I come to Area 2: The Teaching of Entire Sanctification. I do not want coming into thy midst, those of the outward appearance; those who think holiness is a set of rules, misery, rigidity, with the belief that living by faith is living in poverty.
None who think that can fulfil this call. For holiness is nothing to do with man’s ability to keep law. Holiness is nothing to do with outward physical appearance. Holiness is all about those who have been rejected coming together; those who admit their own failures one to another; those who like in the Hebrides ask the questions, ‘Are my hands clean? Is my heart pure?’ For this is the climate for entire sanctification: a group of people whom the Spirit see as empty, ready to be filled.
For if the Ministry of Tears is to succeed, it can only come through those of the empty vessel, the broken people; as Evan Roberts cried out to Me, ‘Bend me! Bend me!’
“So My principles of revival have not changed. There can be revival through any group of people who follow these principles.
Thou shalt be known amongst the developing world as the Ministry of Tears, with minister weeping over the lost, in preparation for the final stage of the restoration of the Bible College of Wales.
For the reaping of the sowing of Rees Howells must manifest in thine own generation, so that if I tarry, the next generation is prepared to take over from thee.
“So we have Stages 1 & 2 in this business plan; & throughout My words about this, there will be one part for the stages; in other words, when you write this, you will show these prophetic words under the heading of Stages; & alongside that column of Stages, needs to be an adjacent column called Areas of Understanding, Area 1 being the Constitution Keepers.
“Oh, the Spirit is moving strongly to restore this message. This is core in these areas of understanding. What a message! Not your ability to keep holiness. And you are right to correct those of oneness, who think this holiness is of the formula of the outward appearance of judgement; of baptizing in the right set of words; & indeed it is right to give the name Jesus pre-eminence in all things. But this is the Jesus of the heart, rather than the formula. For with the heart thou believest unto righteousness; & this ministry is to be the ministry of the heart, the letter killing, but the Spirit giveth life.
“And as thy empty vessels are filled, so thou will call the name ‘Jesus,’ not as the sons of Sceva, but as broken men & women of the heart. It is these men & women I bring unto thee, to fulfil this mighty call of God.
“So, having given thee the first area of understanding in relation to Stage 1, I give thee the area of understanding in relation to Stage 2. For thou will proclaim the Wesleyan message of entire sanctification; holiness, not by the rigid formula, that brings misery, despair & unbelief, but from the heart. For out of the tears shall come joy – Hallelujah! – Joy unspeakable! For example, in the north of Sri Lanka, thou will witness the tears becoming joy. Such is thy mission. Such is thy mission. For there shall be such a display of the miracles of the Lord. Thou has already witnessed just a smidgeon of it. For thou will witness freedom, deliverance, forgiveness & joy, amongst the people of a land devastated through many years of war.
“And I give thee the sword to plunge into the enemy camp. Satan, you have had thy way for too long with these people. And this is My sword, My rhema word for these people: John 10:10, ‘The devil came to kill, steal & destroy; but I have come that you may have life in abundance.’
“Now, these areas of understanding work together; but this understanding of Commonwealth replaces the present practice of Western nations to promote greed & lust, a feature of the 2015 UK General Election. ‘Vote for me, & I will look after the lusts of thy flesh.’ That is not the way of the British Constitution, which is for Common Wealth. For who is the Head of State under Me, but the monarch? And what is she head of? The Common Wealth. Do you see it? Sanctified people share the resources equally, the will of God on earth having been the will of God in heaven, heaven seeing thee as joint-heirs with Christ.
“So it is with the Commonwealth. The resources, the inheritance, is shared equally. And this is in the call of the Constitution Keepers, sanctified men & women, which is why these 2 areas of understanding work closely together.
“Now do you see My plan? To date, it is the 2 Stages: Jeremiah 1:10, with Constitution Keepers running alongside as an Area of Understanding. Stage 2: The Ministry of Tears that brings Joy; & running alongside it, the message of entire sanctification: so, so vital.
“Thou art to act on this word in relation to Stages 1 & 2, & their relevant Areas of Understanding; & be prepared to receive Stage 3, & further areas of understanding, as thou submits to God at the time of setting up this 7-Year Business Plan.”
Summary – Stages 1&2

“I’ve given unto thee Stage 1, which is Jeremiah 1:10, thou hast been working on for some time. Hit it hard, saith the Lord. Take the example of Dr Oliver & the preaching through him. Hit it hard!
“I use the analogy, which will particularly interest Brian, of Freddie Truman, the fast bowler. He would take the run in, to get the batsman out.
“The Emerging Church is the batsman. Thou art the fast bowler. Thy cricket ball is the Word of God. They have messed about with My Word, confused millions of people; & in this Stage, which thou hast been working on in relation to Jeremiah 1:10, we need to get the Emerging Church out, in whatever form it manifests itself.
“Movement after movement has been stolen. Resource after resource has been used up for the wrong purposes. The allowance for sin is the priority, rather than repentance from it. You are as fast bowlers looking to get the batsman out. But there are times when the wicket is tricky, & you will need the wisdom of God. The batsman has his wiles & devices; & in Stage 1, you are being the bowling & the fielding team; & in each part of this cricket match, I as the Captain will give the direction, My overall word being to get this team out. They are massive in resource; but they lack the true Spirit of God. What they have is the wiles & devices of Satan, who is building his own ‘Church’ as the ‘Most High,’ with his own scriptures (Vaticanus, Sinaiticus, Alexandrinus, etc.), with his own Higher Critics – this team being resourced, just like the football teams of the Arab nations, with money no object.
“This is a highly resourced operation. Alpha, with its Higher Critical bias, has been a massive move of Satan to take over movements all over the world. The result is that so many professing ‘Christians’ believe the life of flesh can be mixed with the life of devotion to God.
“This is why, running alongside the Stages, are My Articles of Understanding; & David, you have on thy computer, thy studies over many years; & these are to be used as ammunition for the bowler at given times, under My direction.
“So, when it comes to Stage 3, there is an Article of Understanding here. Just as you have had with Stage 1 & Stage 2, so an Article of Understanding will come with Stage 3.
“So, we have Stage 1, with Jeremiah 1:10, which is to become much more intense; Stage 2, the Isaiah 61, from Sri Lanka to Tibet, the coming together of visions all over the world: the West Indies, for example, with Wesley. So you need to get a world map on a board, which is where we are going with Stage 3.
“Now, Stage 2, the Isaiah 61, comes together with the Article of Understanding on Entire Sanctification. For many shall be saved in Stage 2, who are professing Christians, but have not understood the obligation.
“So in effect, what you are doing here, is re-instating the ministries of those portraying this ministry, from the Wesleys onwards; how the Nazarenes used to portray this; & of course, from Norman Grubb & thy contact with Sylvia Pearce in relation to the Galatians 2:20 reality.
“All this is here alongside the Sri Lanka to Tibet vision, where these doctrines will be hugely appreciated. For in Sri Lanka up to Tibet, the Emerging Church has looked to have its way too, with false Bibles & false spiritual experience, & in this Stage 2, you can have a map you can show on television on an easel, & explain the vision to the people on a special Missions programme that explains where all this is going. You can have your map tacks, & your coloured strings going from place to place, with the Spirit giving direction as to where mission houses are to be, beginning in Sri Lanka, through India & up to Tibet, as previously directed; & Africa too, from South Africa northwards. Bring in Wesley as regards to the West Indies. In North America too – do you see you have the contacts thee, in the South up to the Ohio River?
“So, the plan to thwart the Emerging Church is being given thee for America too, the State of Texas being already under judgement, with ministries betraying their Protestant heritage, whilst other ministries allow sin to abound.
“Thou has already interceded in the State of California. So openings will come in Florida to do the same; the State of Georgia too. For I want Atlanta to come back to Me. Ministry opportunities will come there; for thou will have a map on a board, to be put on a blackboard easel, with thy conducting stick, David being used to show this world-wide operation of God to the people on television & on the internet.
“So, you have this move of God manifesting from Stage to Stage, with the Articles of Understanding.
“So you have Stage 1, Jeremiah 1:10; Stage 2, Isaiah 61; & Stage 3, on the blackboard easel, the world map on a board, the words on the top: ‘The Every Creature Commission: Mark 16.’ “This is the word I gave Rees Howells, & to Charles Fuller, whose world-wide visions I have called thee to restore.

STAGE 2 ACTIONS

Sri Lanka to Tibet (South to North): One must be prepared to share this vision with thy Tamil ministers, who love thee & cherish thee, understanding that thou hast suffered as they have suffered. The ministry that is to take Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal & Tibet, is to be called the Ministry of Tears. This is the name I give unto thee for this part of thy ministry. Thou art at this stage to bring together the Tamil ministers into this cause; & yes, those of Singhalese origin need not feel out of this. It is just at this stage, the majority involved will be of Tamil origin. But this is just a practical statement, for a fully surrendered Singhalese minister is no different in this.
The Isaiah 61 Commission Activity – the Ministry of Tears – The Compassion
“And thou must be prepared to take over governments. Governments are upon My shoulders, to save the babies lost to abortion. This end-time evil of Satan is one which thou must expose for what it is. For as governments slaughter the innocents, so all their regulations fall under the curse of the Garden of Eden, when men questioned God’s Word, rather than obeyed it. “Oh yes! This plan brings forth those who will come in & bring the Word to Western nations. For governments of the West, who think they can run things through the gnosis, are to meet with the armour-bearers of nations that will rise up with the gospel of Christ Jesus, & save the whole world.
South to North: “So, this is thy Stage 2. Prepare for it now: the building of mission bases, the bringing together of these ministers. Some of these stations are already there, & you will work with them. Some are already built. These will be mission stations continually broadcasting the gospel, continuously running meetings with millions receiving Christ, great signs & wonders confirming My Word. “Oh yes! This is what thou art preparing for. A Similar move will take place in Africa & South America & Oceania, of the poorest countries becoming rich, the weakest countries strong, & the West falling under the power of those who are of the broken vessel, rather than of the intelligence of man.
So within this stage, thou must establish in thine own country the Constitution Keepers, & have those in all parties taking position to uphold the Constitutional Acts of thy nation. For thou art bringing the conditions for the God Commonwealth. For in this it is My will that the resources of the world, which are so vast the Green movement can only lie about it, are to be equally shared.
“So, this is why the Stage 2 plan is coming together, of having a base in UK in readiness for the harvest, but bringing together the Ministry of Tears, the Sri Lanka to Tibet vision.
And thou art to build the place of readiness, thy UK base, from where you will reach the world with programmes – & this is the difference between thee & other Christian channels – they commonly talk about God, whereas you manifest God. “And so, it is thy Every Creature Commission Television channel which is being built in readiness for this mighty harvest.
Article of Understanding
Remember in Great Britain Church & State are constitutionally together. That is the Constitution, with the monarch as Head of State, obligated to obey God, uphold the Protestant Reformed religion established by law; & you have been put into position to make sure she does it, all government bodies do it, & in this there is no compromise. “No more rebellion is the cry.”
“The Constitution Keepers will stand firm, its members infiltrating all sorts of government bodies, to ensure the Constitution is kept. There can be no more rebellion; & you have drawn example from Oxley & Whitehouse, who exposed the corruption, but were accused of being corrupt themselves, just as you have been. And they gave not one inch to the accusers, but stood powerfully in My name against those who were primarily abusers rather than accusers.
Bring to account those in Government and Banking that have not kept the Constitution of the Land and Edicts of the House of Lords. In the heart of government is inbred sin; & from here came allowance for corrupt bankers to hold the country & its people to ransom; & you took them on, for they refused to uphold a House of Lords edict, making you the scapegoat for their evil ways. For in reality, those bankers were found out to be abusers rather than accusers; & you took them on in the Christian Financing website, now to be part of Constitution Keepers.
Thou Art to use the Tithe of the Nations (Gift Aid, Grants etc) to fulfil the Isa 61 Aim. With the respect of Constitutional Acts & Compact, these are holy orders that I give unto thee. For thou art called to say to these nations, ‘Thou art to honour Me.’ For if thou art to build up the waste places, as is My Isaiah 61 call, one will be changing the ethos from selfish lust to sacrifice for the benefit of the lost & suffering.
And you are right to correct those of oneness, who think this holiness is of the formula of the outward appearance of judgement; of baptizing in the right set of words; & indeed it is right to give the name Jesus pre-eminence in all things. But this is the Jesus of the heart, rather than the formula. For with the heart thou believest unto righteousness; & this ministry is to be the ministry of the heart, the letter killing, but the Spirit giveth life.
“And as thy empty vessels are filled, so thou will call the name ‘Jesus,’ not as the sons of Sceva, but as broken men & women of the heart. It is these men & women I bring unto thee, to fulfil this mighty call of God. I give thee the area of understanding in relation to Stage 2. For thou will proclaim the Wesleyan message of entire sanctification; holiness, not by the rigid formula, that brings misery, despair & unbelief, but from the heart. For out of the tears shall come joy – Hallelujah! – joy unspeak-able. For example, in the north of Sri Lanka, thou will witness the tears becoming joy. Such is thy mission. Such is thy mission. For there shall be such a display of the miracles of the Lord. Thou has already witnessed just a smidgeon of it. For thou will witness freedom, deliverance, forgiveness & joy, amongst the people of a land devastated through many years of war.
“And I give thee the sword to plunge into the enemy camp. Satan, you have had thy way for too long with these people. And this is My sword, My rhema word for these people: John 10:10, ‘The devil came to kill, steal & destroy; but I have come that you may have life in abundance.’
Commonwealth – Sharing of Wealth: “Now, these areas of understanding work together; but this understanding of Commonwealth replaces the present practice of Western nations to promote greed & lust, a feature of the 2015 UK General Election. ‘Vote for me, & I will look after the lusts of thy flesh.’ That is not the way of the British Constitution, which is for Common Wealth. For who is the Head of State under Me, but the monarch? And what is she head of? The Common Wealth. Do you see it? Sanctified people share the resources equally, the will of God on earth having been the will of God in heaven, heaven seeing thee as joint-heirs with Christ.
“So it is with the Commonwealth. The resources, the inheritance, is shared equally. And this is in the call of the Constitution Keepers, sanctified men & women, which is why these 2 areas of understanding work closely together.
