Scripture:

Psalm 138, verse 8 ‘The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me:’ There followed a teaching from the Lord on PERFECTION & WISDOM.

Ephesians 4, especially verses 12-13

 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, 2 with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;3 endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 but speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16 from whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

James 1: 1-21, especially verses 4-5

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;3 knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded manis unstable in all his ways. 9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: 10 but the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away. 11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. 13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14 but every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. 16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. 18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

And regarding WISDOM, these scriptures were given:

Proverbs 8

Doth not wisdom cry?
and understanding put forth her voice?
2 She standeth in the top of high places,
by the way in the places of the paths.
3 She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city,
at the coming in at the doors.
4 Unto you, O men, I call;
and my voice is to the sons of man.
5 O ye simple, understand wisdom:
and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.
6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things;
and the opening of my lips shall be right things.
7 For my mouth shall speak truth;
and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.
8 All the words of my mouth are in righteousness;
there is nothing froward or perverse in them.
9 They are all plain to him that understandeth,
and right to them that find knowledge.
10 Receive my instruction, and not silver;
and knowledge rather than choice gold.
11 For wisdom is better than rubies;
and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

12 I wisdom dwell with prudence,
and find out knowledge of witty inventions.
13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil:
pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom:
I am understanding; I have strength.
15 By me kings reign,
and princes decree justice.
16 By me princes rule, and nobles,
even all the judges of the earth.
17 I love them that love me;
and those that seek me early shall find me.
18 Riches and honour are with me;
yea, durable riches and righteousness.
19 My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold;
and my revenue than choice silver.
20 I lead in the way of righteousness,
in the midst of the paths of judgment:
21 that I may cause those that love me to inherit substance;
and I will fill their treasures.

22 The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way,
before his works of old.
23 I was set up from everlasting,
from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth;
when there were no fountains abounding with water.
25 Before the mountains were settled,
before the hills was I brought forth:
26 while as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields,
nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there:
when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
28 when he established the clouds above:
when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
29 when he gave to the sea his decree,
that the waters should not pass his commandment:
when he appointed the foundations of the earth:
30 then I was by him, as one brought up with him:
and I was daily his delight, rejoicing always before him;
31 rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth;
and my delights were with the sons of men.

32 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children:
for blessed are they that keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction, and be wise,
and refuse it not.
34 Blessed is the man that heareth me,
watching daily at my gates,
waiting at the posts of my doors.
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord.
36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul:
all they that hate me love death.

James 3, verses 13-18

13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. 15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, butis earthly, sensual, devilish. 16 For where envying and strife is, there isconfusion and every evil work. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. 18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

I Corinthians 1:17-31

17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. 22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: 23 but we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 24 but unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 but God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 that no flesh should glory in his presence. 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

I Corinthians 2:6

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

Prophecy came forth:

“There is a river that flows from the throne of God. Ye are to flow, with that river going through you, a stream that goes through the whole earth.

“Deep rivers of life – go deep with Me – do not be distracted by the things of the world – go out to deeper waters, as Jesus told His disciples on earth. ‘Launch out into the deep, & throw out your nets.’ The deep waters are still & calm & pure. In them is no unrighteousness. Away from the help of man, you lean only on the everlasting arms of your Lord and Saviour, the one who said, ‘Peace, be still!’

Also, God spoke to Elijah in a still, small voice (I Kings 19).

Romans 8:28

Intercession re the Banks, including meeting with Shalom group, DG & BM, Rhos on Sea 16/06/16

The banks, the way they are now, are the root of all evil – see I Timothy 6:10 ‘For the love of money is the root of all evil:’

Psalm 22: 22-31

I will declare thy name unto my brethren:
in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
23 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him;
all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him;
and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted;
neither hath he hid his face from him;
but when he cried unto him, he heard.
25 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation:
I will pay my vows before them that fear him.
26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied:
they shall praise the Lord that seek him:
your heart shall live for ever.
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord:
and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
28 For the kingdom is the Lord’s:
and he is the governor among the nations.
29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship:
all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him:
and none can keep alive his own soul.
30 A seed shall serve him;
it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.
31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness
unto a people that shall be born,
that he hath done this.

Philanthropy (Christian) destroyed by Socialism (that taketh away the heart).

Much to be found in the Book of Proverbs – WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING – WISDOM IS THE PRINCIPAL THING.

Word from the Lord: ‘Precious to Me are the prayers of the saints.’

Interpretation of Tongue given through LG:

“Gather unto Me all the saints in glory. Thunder at these evils – the devices of a fallen foe, fallen to the depths, lowest of the low.

“There is no depths into which I cannot reach. I see their hidden ways of evil, I feel the pain of people, My flock of My pasture, under the heel of the oppressor.

“Victorious over the foe was My Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. He rescued, even on earth, the perishing. Those who worked for Rome on a daily basis – the tax-gatherers & sinners like Matthew & Zacchaeus. They were consumed by greed & hated by their victims. Yet Jesus changed their greed-hardened hearts when He told them to ‘follow Me.’

“Come to Me, all ye who labour & are heavy laden, & I will give you rest.

**STUDY THE WORD** (Matthew & Zacchaeus)

“There are those who will be released from the system when it falls – those who are themselves victims of it & enslaved by its greed.”

** Matthew 9:9-13

9 And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

10 And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners? 12 But when Jesus heardthat, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. 13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 5:27-32

27 And after these things he went forth, and saw a publican, named Levi, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he said unto him, Follow me. 28 And he left all, rose up, and followed him. 29 And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them. 30 But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners? 31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. 32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 7:29

29 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.

Luke 19:1-10 (very important: repentance)

And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho. 2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchæus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. 3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature. 4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass thatway. 5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchæus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house. 6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully. 7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner. 8 And Zacchæus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. 9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Psalm 145, especially verse 4

‘One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.

Deuteronomy 11:18-21

 ‘Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: 21 that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

Intercession:

Travailing intercession for the ‘lost generation’ – our young people today. We repented on behalf of the nation, for not obeying the commands of the Lord as given in the two scriptures above. This applies particularly to the generation born just after the war (known as ‘baby boomers) who failed to maintain a true Christian witness to their children & children’s children. Further repentance followed, for the millions killed by abortion since the 1967 ‘Act.’ Around 9 million younger people would have been alive now, but for that dreadful deed.

John 15:13

‘Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.’

Further intercession based on this scripture:

To heal the divisions between families & generations. Heal this land. We recognise that only the Lord Himself can heal these divisions.

II Chronicles 7:14

 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Psalm 51:10-13

Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence;
and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation;
and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways;
and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

There is a shaking, a cleansing (river, flood) which was seen in the spirit. Chorus ‘There’s a river of life flowing out through me.’

Prayer:

Watch over us. Restore your deep truths, the secrets of your Word.

It was made clear to us above all that the Lord Jesus Christ should have pre-eminence in every area, including the Church, the government, education, stewardship of His creation. Islam, though a false religion, has understood this secret; so has the new age movement. Christians need to have restored the deep truths / secrets they have lost.

The Lord’s Prayer:

Is key to all this, ‘Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’  See also Deuteronomy 11:21 above, ‘as the days of heaven upon the earth.’

The Magnificat, Luke 1:46-55

My soul doth magnify the Lord,
47 and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden:
for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things;
and holy is his name.
50 And his mercy is on them that fear him
from generation to generation.
51 He hath shewed strength with his arm;
he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats,
and exalted them of low degree.
53 He hath filled the hungry with good things;
and the rich he hath sent empty away.
54 He hath holpen his servant Israel,
in remembrance of his mercy;
55 as he spake to our fathers,
to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.

These verses describe what God has done in the nation through the Referendum of 23/06/16.

Psalm 63:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Psalm 63 Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

Psalm 63

A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.

1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 to see thy power and thy glory,
so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life,
my lips shall praise thee.
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live:
I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness;
and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6 when I remember thee upon my bed,
and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7 Because thou hast been my help,
therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8 My soul followeth hard after thee:
thy right hand upholdeth me.
9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 They shall fall by the sword:
they shall be a portion for foxes.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God;
every one that sweareth by him shall glory:
but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.

Study of Isaiah:

Isaiah 32:1-2 [This passage shows how we need the Lord at this time]

Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness,
and princes shall rule in judgment.
2 And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind,
and a covert from the tempest;
as rivers of water in a dry place,
as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

Isaiah 33:5-6

5 The Lord is exalted; for he dwelleth on high:
he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness.
6 And wisdom and knowledge shall be
the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation:
the fear of the Lord is his treasure.

Isaiah 33: 13-16

13 Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done;
and, ye that are near, acknowledge my might.
14 The sinners in Zion are afraid;
fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites.
Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire?
who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly;
he that despiseth the gain of oppressions,
that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes,
that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood,
and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
16 he shall dwell on high:
his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks:
bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

Key Scripture - Isaiah 40:1-11

 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.
2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her,
that her warfare is accomplished,
that her iniquity is pardoned:
for she hath received of the Lord’s hand double for all her sins.

3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness,
Prepare ye the way of the Lord,
make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
4 Every valley shall be exalted,
and every mountain and hill shall be made low:
and the crooked shall be made straight,
and the rough places plain:
5 and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
and all flesh shall see it together:
for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

6 The voice said, Cry.
And he said, What shall I cry?
All flesh is grass,
and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
7 the grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it:
surely the people is grass.
8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

9 O Zion, that bringest good tidings,
get thee up into the high mountain;
O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings,
lift up thy voice with strength;
lift it up, be not afraid;
say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God!
10 Behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand,
and his arm shall rule for him:
behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd:
he shall gather the lambs with his arm,
and carry them in his bosom,
and shall gently lead those that are with young.

These wonderful verses describe our end-time ministry (that of John the Baptist) in verses 3-5, & the Lord’s ministry to the young in verse 11.

Isaiah 58:6-14

Is not this the fast that I have chosen?
to loose the bands of wickedness,
to undo the heavy burdens,
and to let the oppressed go free,
and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry,
and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house?
when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him;
and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning,
and thine health shall spring forth speedily:
and thy righteousness shall go before thee;
the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward.
9 Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer;
thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.
If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke,
the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry,
and satisfy the afflicted soul;
then shall thy light rise in obscurity,
and thy darkness be as the noonday:
11 and the Lord shall guide thee continually,
and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones:
and thou shalt be like a watered garden,
and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places:
thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations;
and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach,
The restorer of paths to dwell in.a God

13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath,
from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight,
the holy of the Lord, honourable;
and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways,
nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord;
and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth,
and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father:
for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

[This has for many years been a key scripture for this ministry.]

God is LOVE – but also a God of JUDGEMENT: this needs to be taken very seriously by all who ‘tremble at His Word.’

Isaiah 66:24

 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

Jesus quotes this 3 times in Mark 9: 43-48:

 36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them,37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.

38 And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. 39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.40 For he that is not against us is on our part. 41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. 42 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea. 43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 44 where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 46 where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: 48 where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 49 For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. 50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

Praise Medley:

‘I will enter His Courts’ etc.

Scripture:

‘For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.’ [Malachi 3:6]

Study of Malachi, chapters 3 (especially verses 1-6)

3 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts.

2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap: 3 and he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto theLord an offering in righteousness. 4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years.

5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts. 6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

 & Malachi 4 (verses 5-6)

5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 and he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

These prophetic verses refer to:

  1. The near future, i.e. the messenger who shall prepare the way for the first coming of Christ. This prophecy is fulfilled through the birth of John the Baptist – compare Malachi 4:5-6 with Luke chapter 1. Features of Luke 1 include the miraculous birth of John to aged parents; the appearance of the angel Gabriel, who rebukes Zacharias for his unbelief; Gabriel visiting Mary; the creative power of the Holy Ghost upon Mary; prophecies from Elisabeth & Mary; further prophecy by Zacharias after the birth of John – this prophecy also referring to the coming of the Messiah.

  2. The more distant future, when Jesus shall come again to the earth.

Note: Malachi 4:5-6 are directly quoted in Luke chapter 1, verse 17 ‘And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.’

The Three Elijahs:

See Matthew 17:10-13:

10 And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? 11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. 12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. 13 Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

These are the 3 Elijahs (see Suresh’s teaching of about 5 years ago):

Elijah 1: The prophet of I Kings 18-19 etc.

Elijah 2: see Isaiah 40:3, ‘The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.’

John the Baptist, who had the spirit of Elijah. Jesus referred to him in this way when speaking to his disciples (Matthew 17:10-13 – see above).

Elijah 3: The end-time remnant, His purified Church, preparing the way of holiness for His second coming on earth.

This is the sliver of time before Jesus comes again.

See also Genesis 18 on the birth of Isaac. All this is through the creative power of the Spirit.

Word from the Lord:

‘The souls of all creation are precious to God. By His Spirit He still reaches out to all these souls.’

Great Intercession:

We are on the edge of revival – see Isaiah 44, especially verse 3:

For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty,
and floods upon the dry ground:
I will pour my spirit upon thy seed,
and my blessing upon thine offspring:

The example of Jesus in John 7:37-38.

God’s timing:

We have been 40 years in the wilderness (the EU).  Isaiah 45:20-25

Assemble yourselves and come;
draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations:
they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image,
and pray unto a god that cannot save.

21 Tell ye, and bring them near;
yea, let them take counsel together:
who hath declared this from ancient time?
who hath told it from that time?
have not I the Lord?
and there is no God else beside me;
a just God and a Saviour;
there is none beside me.
22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth:
for I am God,
and there is none else.
23 I have sworn by myself,
the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return,
That unto me every knee shall bow,
every tongue shall swear.

24 Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength:
even to him shall men come;
and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
25 In the Lord shall all the seed of Israel be justified,
and shall glory.

This is like the young generation who grew up in the wilderness. They knew nothing - were not even circumcised along the way. This young generation also know nothing of the Lord or of our Constitution. They need to be taught.

Joshua 5:

And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, which wereon the side of Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the Lord had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.

2 At that time the Lord said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time. 3 And Joshua made him sharp knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the foreskins. 4 And this is the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt, that were males, even all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way, after they came out of Egypt.5 Now all the people that came out were circumcised: but all the peoplethat were born in the wilderness by the way as they came forth out of Egypt, them they had not circumcised. 6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the Lord: unto whom the Lord sware that he would not shew them the land, which the Lord sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey. 7 And their children,whom he raised up in their stead, them Joshua circumcised: for they were uncircumcised, because they had not circumcised them by the way. 8 And it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the people, that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole.9 And the Lord said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.

10 And the children of Israel encamped in Gilgal, and kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the month at even in the plains of Jericho.11 And they did eat of the old corn of the land on the morrow after the passover, unleavened cakes, and parched corn in the selfsame day.

12 And the manna ceased on the morrow after they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel manna any more; but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.

13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man over against him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Art thou for us, or for our adversaries? 14 And he said, Nay; but ascaptain of the host of the Lord am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? 15 And the captain of the Lord’s host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so.

Verse 12 here concerns God’s provision & finances, after the young men had been circumcised, & God had ‘rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you.’

After this, they celebrated the Passover – then ate of the old corn of the land the next day. The day after that, the manna ceased: ‘but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.’ [The Promised Land]

Song of Moses – Exodus 15.

We are living in the supernatural – miraculous times!

(This is much more evident now that we are out of the EU –i.e. since 23/06/16).

Table of the Lord.

Word from the Lord to LG:

“Behold, I make an everlasting covenant with thee that shall never be shaken. Thou art My people, the sheep of My pasture, the assembly of My righteous ones, clothed with My joy, My peace, My love & My power.

“The tranquillity of My rest shall abide in ye & around thee, as a protection. Me, & Me only, shalt thou serve – a people set apart from the beginning, to shew forth My glory unto all nations.

“They that forsook Me are no more, saith the Lord. Measure by measure, step by step, I am leading thee forth in My righteousness.

“[Psalm 121:6, ‘The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.’]. Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, far above any principality & power. I have set ye forth in glory, like the jewels in My crown. For ever My Word is settled in heaven.

“Be not afraid of the whirlwinds of time – ye are entered into My rest. Only see it & believe it with all your hearts, trusting not in men’s ways or your own understanding.

“I am leading you forth from the wilderness & making straight paths for your feet – a way of holiness, the way of the Lord, devised from the beginning.

“See Me, seek Me, & I will bring it to pass.”

Scriptures:

Ephesians 1:4 (& rest of chapter),

 ‘According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy & without blame before him in love:’

Acts 2:41-47 (the Early Church being our model),

‘Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. 42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common; 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.’

Key Words, all characteristic of the Early Church:

‘be stedfast’

‘stand’ (see Ephesians 6)

‘with one accord’

‘gladness’

‘singleness of heart’

‘praising God’

‘favour with all the people’

Psalm 1:

‘Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord;
and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

4 The ungodly are not so:
but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knoweth the way of the righteous:
but the way of the ungodly shall perish.’

Luke chapters 1 & 3:

The miraculous birth & calling of John the Baptist, to ‘prepare ye the way of the Lord…’ The 3 Elijahs (see previous meetings).

John 1:19-34

‘And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

24 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25 And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet? 26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; 27 he it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose. 28 These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.

29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. 30 This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32 And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.’

Message to Us:

That we need to understand that just as Jesus has been given all power & authority, so now have we, His body upon the earth; & that we need to move & act with & in that authority, looking neither to the left nor to the right (Joshua 1), but only to Him.

Matthew 28: 18-20 (the Great Commission):

‘And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.’ Amen.’

This is burning in His heart – always uppermost in His heart – ‘go ye.’

Shalom Intercessory Prayer Meeting, Rhos On Sea, 20/08/16

This was an amazing time of revelation from the Lord, as He took us to a higher level, high above principalities & powers, in time for a new season.

Prophecy (Summary):

“I have been waiting for you, My sisters, to gather round My Word, so that I can show you…great & mighty things to come.

“Shaking all things…like a whirlwind, a tidal wave, sweeping away all not of Me….new season of hope.”

Interpretation of Dream:

LG ‘had a dream last night, in which a woman was giving birth (at the Cricket Club function!). It was happening very quickly – the baby was about to be born. Only Nathan Gill knew how to deliver a baby – he sent me to fetch boiling water quickly!’

Clearly this dream had spiritual significance, involving travail & new birth. God producing own baby, & new birth of the season – His plans to be fulfilled.

Labour pains – travail – this had been happening for last few days in the spirit.

Jeremiah 29:11

11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Prayed regarding this weekend’s outreach – re prophecy by Dr K Jacob of Isaiah 41 ‘mighty threshing sledge with teeth’ to thresh the enemy like chaff.

Prophecy:

“Ye shall dwell in safety, saith the Lord, & none shall harm you, for ye are receiving orders direct from My throne-room, saith the Lord.”

Vision:

Of the throne-room – a high throne in a great huge building, with an arch of light above the throne – high vaulted ceilings (almost like a cathedral) & windows; many, many people standing there. To one side of the throne sat two enormous sheaves of ripe (golden) corn, tied up. The command was given to untie the sheaves, signifying that the harvest of souls was ready, & to release it.

Another vision, based on Numbers 21, verses 16-18:

Ancient (biblical) scene – river (Nile?) with reed boats on it. Singing to the well, ‘Spring up, o well!’ Springs in the desert – rod of authority – the house of the Lord being built, storey by storey – all this where there was nothing.

16 And from thence they went to Beer: that is the well whereof the Lord spake unto Moses, Gather the people together, and I will give them water.

17 Then Israel sang this song,

Spring up, O well; sing ye unto it:
18 the princes digged the well,
the nobles of the people digged it,
by the direction of the lawgiver, with their staves.

Note: The whole of Israel sang to the well; but only the princes, the nobles, actually dug it, using their rods of authority to do so.

The Atonement, based on Numbers 21: 4-9 & John 3: 14-16:

4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way. 5 And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread. 6 And the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died. 7 Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people. 8 And the Lord said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. 9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

The ‘fiery serpent’ made of brass & lifted up, was of course a type of the Atonement. God leaves these signposts all through the Old Testament. He wants us to study the Word to learn the truth, as did the Bereans & others.

There was a real move of repentance among us at this point, as we repented before God, thanking Him for His goodness in filling His Word with these signposts & types of what is to be fulfilled in the New Testament. Yet so many have rejected the O.T. or separated it from the New. We have been so blinded to what His Word is showing, when the Holy Spirit is sent to lead us to all truth.

MB quote:

“The New is in the Old concealed; the Old is in the New revealed.”

Word of explanation through MD:

“Listen unto Me, My children. My words are filled with power, & the truth of what has happened before.” Mighty, powerful deeds in the past that He is showing us again. He is the way, the truth, & the life.

Vision & Major Revelation on the End Times & the Signs of the Times:

Picture of a ‘disaster movie’ scene, with skyscrapers on fire all around – the fire of judgement. Our rhema was given from Psalm 91, ‘It shall not come nigh thee.’

God is allowing fires of judgement in these last days, including:

  • Destroying the Tower of Babel (representing the EU)

  • Destroying the Temple of the Money-lenders / money-changers [mammon] = pyramids, high towers, evil things raising themselves up against God (BANKS, FINANCE HOUSES, STOCK EXCHANGES)

  • Destroying anything that sets itself up against God – even Amusement Parks!

  • Destroying the tunnels of Switzerland (Cern, new railway tunnel)

  • That is why He destroyed the Titanic – for 2 reasons: (i) because an invention of man was set up against God (not even God could sink this vessel) & (ii) because an evil ‘class system’ had to be brought to an end, namely one that valued the lives of first class passengers as far higher than those of steerage passengers (the poor) who almost all lost their lives.

Scriptural references to the Destruction of Babylon, both religious & economic world systems (this is referred to in these examples above – God is fulfilling His Word before our eyes):

Isaiah 13: 6-22

Howl ye; for the day of the Lord is at hand;
it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
7 Therefore shall all hands be faint,
and every man’s heart shall melt:
8 and they shall be afraid:
pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them;
they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth:
they shall be amazed one at another;
their faces shall be as flames.
9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh,
cruel both with wrath and fierce anger,
to lay the land desolate:
and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light:
the sun shall be darkened in his going forth,
and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.
11 And I will punish the world for their evil,
and the wicked for their iniquity;
and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease,
and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold;
even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
13 Therefore I will shake the heavens,
and the earth shall remove out of her place,
in the wrath of the Lord of hosts,
and in the day of his fierce anger.
14 And it shall be as the chased roe,
and as a sheep that no man taketh up:
they shall every man turn to his own people,
and flee every one into his own land.
15 Every one that is found shall be thrust through;
and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.
16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes;
their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.
17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them,
which shall not regard silver;
and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces;
and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb;
their eye shall not spare children.

19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms,
the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency,
shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
20 It shall never be inhabited,
neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation:
neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there;
neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.
21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there;
and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures;
and owls shall dwell there,
and satyrs shall dance there.
22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses,
and dragons in their pleasant palaces:
and her time is near to come,
and her days shall not be prolonged.

Isaiah 14: 1-21

For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob. 2 And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the Lord for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. 3 And it shall come to pass in the day that the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve, 4 that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say,

How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
5 The Lord hath broken the staff of the wicked,
and the sceptre of the rulers.
6 He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke,
he that ruled the nations in anger,
is persecuted, and none hindereth.
7 The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet:
they break forth into singing.
8 Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee,
and the cedars of Lebanon, saying,
Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.
9 Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming:
it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth;
it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
10 All they shall speak and say unto thee,
Art thou also become weak as we?
art thou become like unto us?
11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave,
and the noise of thy viols:
the worm is spread under thee,
and the worms cover thee.
12 How art thou fallen from heaven,
O Lucifer, son of the morning!
how art thou cut down to the ground,
which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart,
I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God:
I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation,
in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
I will be like the most High.
15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell,
to the sides of the pit.
16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee,
and consider thee, saying,
Is this the man that made the earth to tremble,
that did shake kingdoms;
17 that made the world as a wilderness,
and destroyed the cities thereof;
that opened not the house of his prisoners?
18 All the kings of the nations,
even all of them, lie in glory,
every one in his own house.
19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch,
and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword,
that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial,
because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people:
the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.
21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers;
that they do not rise, nor possess the land,
nor fill the face of the world with cities

Revelation 17-18 on the Fall of Babylon:

Particularly relevant in this meeting is chapter 18, on the fall of ‘economic Babylon.’ The Lord gave us a detailed explanation of the significance of these verses regarding the world economies and governments as they are today:

Verses 1-3

And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Verse 3 refers to the corruption of the Babylonian system; how the ‘kings of the earth’ – which refers to world leaders - & the ‘merchants of the earth’ – which refers to the banking / financing system & multi-national corporations – have all joined this evil satanic system out of greed for money & power.

Verses 4-8

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. 6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. 7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.

Verse 4 is vital for all believers to hear & obey, “Come out of her my people.” This refers to the recent Referendum on 23rd June 2016, where the Lord called on His people to ‘Come out’ of the EU. Why must all those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life ‘come out’ of the Babylonian system? For 2 reasons: (i) to separate from sin (ii) so as not to fall victim to the judgement, including plagues. This principle applies to similar situations in other nations today, e.g. the United States of America.

Verse 8 deals with the swiftness of God’s judgement, including the fire mentioned in the vision above. We are protected by Psalm 91, verses 7-8 as mentioned earlier:

A thousand shall fall at thy side,
and ten thousand at thy right hand;
but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold
and see the reward of the wicked.

Verses 9-19

These verses describe the complete economic collapse that will occur, & the mourning of the ‘kings of the earth’ & the ‘merchants of the earth’ as a result.

Verses 20-24

Verses 20 & 24 reveal the true killer spirit of Babylon, & how God avenges the death of the saints, especially apostles & prophets, at her hands.

Verse 22 refers to the satanic corruption of the ‘music industry’ which will also collapse. The second part of verse 23 tells of ‘the establishment’ which had been trying to control the earth, ‘for thy merchants were the great men of the earth.’ The final part of that verse reveals the satanic nature of  the Babylonian system, ‘for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.’

20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. 22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; 23 and the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Revelation 19: 11-16

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Aspects of Our Lord shown here in bold:

  • The Word of God as a sword proceeding out of His mouth

  • Significance: the Word to create (e.g. in Genesis 1) but also the Word to destroy, as in Revelation 19

  • The Two Harvests: see Revelation 14 – the harvest of souls & the grapes of wrath

  • The appearance of the Lord showing the fire of judgement, e.g. verse 12 above; Revelation 1:15;

  •

  • Daniel 7: 9-11

9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. 10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

Thanks & Praise to Him:

Note Proverbs 18:21

Death and life are in the power of the tongue:
and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Word from the Lord:

“Be not deceived. God is not mocked.”

Scriptures:

Revelation 8, verses 1-5 – the prayers of the saints result in the judgement of God upon the earth.

“And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.

2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. 3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand. 5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.”

Revelation 22, verses 13-19 – punishment of liars (this includes the media who deceive people to make them believe a lie) & those who add to, or take away from, the Word of God.

“3 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:19 and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

Scriptures:

Isaiah 26: 1-6

“In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah;

We have a strong city;
salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
2 Open ye the gates,
that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.
3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee:
because he trusteth in thee.
4 Trust ye in the Lord for ever:
for in the Lord JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
5 for he bringeth down them that dwell on high;
the lofty city, he layeth it low;
he layeth it low, even to the ground;
he bringeth it even to the dust.
6 The foot shall tread it down,
even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.”

Psalm 41, verses 1-2

“Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.

The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt deliver him unto the will of his enemies.”

Prayer & Intercession:

The Lord is weeping over the poor, in compassion for them. Remember the 16 million! There are even now in this country, 16 million people who have not even £100 in savings. Many of these are living in desperate poverty, forgotten by almost everyone – living in ghettoes, with no one to help them.

Scriptures:

Isaiah 14:32

What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation?
That the Lord hath founded Zion,
and the poor of his people shall trust in it.

Isaiah 41:17 ff.

When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none,
and their tongue faileth for thirst,
I the Lord will hear them,
I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
18 I will open rivers in high places,
and fountains in the midst of the valleys:
I will make the wilderness a pool of water,
and the dry land springs of water.
19 I will plant in the wilderness the cedar,
the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree;
I will set in the desert the fir tree,
and the pine, and the box tree together:
20 that they may see, and know,
and consider, and understand together,
that the hand of the Lord hath done this,
and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

Prophecy on the coming Messiah.

Solution to the above Intercession:

Expose the works of darkness! Very important – course on The Other Jesus.

“Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest… for My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”

The Religious Spirit of ‘good works’ v. Moving by the Spirit of God:

NB II Corinthians 10: 3-7

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 and having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s.”

In the following passages, we see Judas with the religious spirit – NB Jesus’ rhema word spoken into the situation, as opposed to Judas’ logos. Same with the Pharisees, to whom Judas betrayed Jesus just after this incident.

John 12: 1-8

 “Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.2 There they made him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. 3 Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. 4 Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, which should betray him, 5 Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor? 6 This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. 7 Then said Jesus, Let her alone: against the day of my burying hath she kept this. 8 For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always.”

[see also Matthew 26; Mark 14:3 ff.]

Word and Prophecy:

“Seek Me while I may be found.” See Isaiah 55.

“Press thou towards the mark, My children - & see the way where there seems to be no way.

“No deadly thing shall come nigh thee – no poison or arrow of the enemy shall harm thee.

“Be ye strong, & rest in Me & My mighty power. Do not listen to the words of the prince of darkness, whispering, whispering, distracting, destroying. Stay by My side & no other place. For I have prepared a way, a bridge over the gulf which seems impassable.

“Whosoever calleth upon My name shall be saved. This is the highway of light, that shineth in the darkness.

“Walk in the light of My Word, My true Word, & the darkness shall not overcome thee (John 1).

“For I know the end from the beginning & I will lead thee on.

“The path of the just is as a shining light, leading onwards to the perfect day (Proverbs 4:18-19; “Trust & Obey”; Psalm 91, 121; Psalm 119: 105, 114, 129, 130, 136).”

The Light: further Revelation:

Genesis 1; Revelation 1:16; to the apostle Paul in Acts 9:3, Acts 26: 13-18, Genesis 8: 15 ff.; Revelation 4; Ezekiel 1: 26-28; Malachi 3: 17.

Other Words:

“This is the way: walk ye in it.”

“Listen to His Word: it brings life & strength into your body.”

Prophecy:

“There is a way that is perfect, the way of light – I am the way, the truth & the life. The enemy has filled your way with obstacles & stumbling-blocks, but yea & amen are the promises of God in the lives of His saints.

“I am restoring, repairing the breaches.

“I am restoring precious liberty in your lives – the precious things that you thought you would never see again, that you have not even spoken about, but have longed for.

“I see the desires of your heart – I put them there. I am calling you to remembrance to take up the mantle once again & to remember & intercede for the lost world.

“Jehovah Jireh – your provider – will put words in thy mouth & restore the broken threads & cords of fellowship.

“I am restoring world-wide liberty. India shall be saved, saith the Lord. I am pouring waters of life over the dry & thirsty lands. Africa shall be saved. I will unravel the ties of the enemy, the offences of the human heart. The sufferings of the missionaries of old shall once again bear fruit & out of every nation shall souls be saved.”

Scripture to be read alongside this prophecy: Revelation 15.

“And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. 2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. 3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. 4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: 6 and the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles. 7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. 8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.”

Scriptures:

Note: The content of this meeting follows on from last week.

Isaiah 60: 1-3

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come,
and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.
2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,
and gross darkness the people:
but the Lord shall arise upon thee,
and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light,
and kings to the brightness of thy rising.”

Isaiah 58: 5-14

“Is it such a fast that I have chosen?
a day for a man to afflict his soul?
is it to bow down his head as a bulrush,
and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him?
wilt thou call this a fast,
and an acceptable day to the Lord?
6 Is not this the fast that I have chosen?
to loose the bands of wickedness,
to undo the heavy burdens,
and to let the oppressed go free,
and that ye break every yoke?
7 Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry,
and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house?
when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him;
and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning,
and thine health shall spring forth speedily:
and thy righteousness shall go before thee;
the glory of the Lord shall be thy rereward.
9 Then shalt thou call, and the Lord shall answer;
thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am.
If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke,
the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10 and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry,
and satisfy the afflicted soul;
then shall thy light rise in obscurity,
and thy darkness be as the noonday:
11 and the Lord shall guide thee continually,
and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones:
and thou shalt be like a watered garden,
and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places:
thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations;
and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach,
The restorer of paths to dwell in.

13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath,
from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight,
the holy of the Lord, honourable;
and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways,
nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
14 then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord;
and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth,
and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father:
for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”

Note that the light rising upon us is conditional on our obedience.

Prophecy viewed on YouTube:

This prophecy (given originally about 4 years ago) is very important, talking of end-time Elijahs (John the Baptist) remnant who will emerge from their ‘caves’ where they have been isolated but have learned to glean truths from the Word for themselves, & to move by the Spirit of God. They will resist the Pharaoh system, as Moses did. The end-time plagues in Revelation 15 ff. are shown to be very similar to the plagues of Egypt described in Exodus.

See also the Transfiguration as described in Matthew 17, with Jesus glorified, accompanied by Moses & Elijah.

Power versus Influence:

See Duncan Campbell’s writing in ‘The Price & Power of Revival.’ Biblical examples of this:

John 9:

The man born blind, healed by Jesus. Jesus moved in power; the Pharisees exerted influence, but without divine power. The blind man recognised Jesus as the Messiah so was thrown out of the synagogue.

Luke 1: 46-55

The Magnificat, where Mary prophesies.

I Samuel 2: 1-10

[Very similar prophecy by Hannah, the mother of Samuel].

“And Hannah prayed, and said,

My heart rejoiceth in the Lord,
mine horn is exalted in the Lord:
my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies;
because I rejoice in thy salvation.
2 There is none holy as the Lord:
for there is none beside thee:
neither is there any rock like our God.
3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly;
let not arrogancy come out of your mouth:
for the Lord is a God of knowledge,
and by him actions are weighed.
4 The bows of the mighty men are broken,
and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
5 They that were full have hired out themselves for bread;
and they that were hungry ceased:
so that the barren hath born seven;
and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
6 The Lord killeth, and maketh alive:
he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
7 The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich:
he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust,
and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill,
to set them among princes,
and to make them inherit the throne of glory:
for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s,
and he hath set the world upon them.
9 He will keep the feet of his saints,
and the wicked shall be silent in darkness;
for by strength shall no man prevail.
10 The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces;
out of heaven shall he thunder upon them:
the Lord shall judge the ends of the earth;
and he shall give strength unto his king,
and exalt the horn of his anointed.”

Word:

“Fear not, My children, though darkness surrounds you. I am the lamp unto thy feet.”

Shalom Intercessory Prayer Meeting, Friday 14/10/16

Scriptures from that morning:

Jeremiah 39 & 42, concerning the treatment of Jeremiah by the Babylonians after the capture of Jerusalem. He was immediately released from prison, kindly treated & given the option of staying in Israel with the remnant, or joining the rest in Babylon where he would be kindly received.

Jeremiah chose to remain with the remnant in Israel, but after the murder of the Babylonian-appointed governor Gedaliah, instability followed. The survivors came to J. to ask him to hear from God, & whatever God said, they would do. However, they were lying – had already made up their minds to depart to Egypt to get away from the war & possible revenge by the Babylonians for the murder of Gedaliah.

The word of the Lord came to J. If the people stayed in Israel, he would bless them & prosper them. If they went to Egypt (out of His will) they would all perish by the sword, famine & pestilence; the very things they thought to escape from would overtake them. The remnant disobeyed the word of the Lord, went to Egypt & all perished.

Message: the only safe place to be is in the centre of God’s will, however hard & uncomfortable & dangerous it may appear at the time!

Praise & Worship:

“I will call upon the Lord….so shall I be saved from my enemies.”

“Yesterday, today, forever, Jesus is the same.”

“He Lives! He Lives! Christ Jesus lives today.”

Rhema Word:

“I will rejoice over My people with singing.” See Zephaniah 3: 17 ff.

“The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

18 I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee,
to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee:
and I will save her that halteth,
and gather her that was driven out;
and I will get them praise and fame
in every land where they have been put to shame.”

Vision:

A huge sun rising over the sea – light reflected in the waters.

“Rising as the Sun of righteousness, with healing in His wings.” [Malachi 4:2].

“Sing over the waters as in the beginning when darkness was over the deep & the Lord shone upon the waters.”

[Genesis 1].

“And I will go before you & tread down the wicked.”

Note: At the end pf Malachi is all about Moses & Elijah (very significant at this time).

Prophecy:

“Consider your ways, saith the Lord. For I am the Lord – I change not. Therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

“Look not to the ways of others, but consider your own ways. For I will have mercy, & not sacrifice, saith the Lord.

“My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor My ways your ways.”

Word:

“Jesus is the way, the truth & the life. Although the road is rocky, I will show you the way.” [Isaiah 45:2-3]

Interpretation:

“Go deeper with him – too much is at stake. Seek with persistence.”

Hymn:

“He hideth my soul in the cleft of the Rock.”

See Isaiah 45:3

“and I will give thee the treasures of darkness,
and hidden riches of secret places,
that thou mayest know that I, the Lord,
which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.”

Also Psalm 91:1

“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

Jesus is our foundation, our rock, chief cornerstone. All is built upon Him. We are the hidden ones (in caves) who glean from His Word (as in the prophecy seen recently with Benny Hinn interrupting). All the prophets of God were ‘hidden ones’ for long periods:

Moses, David, Elijah, John the Baptist, Jesus himself, Noah in the Ark, Joseph etc. See Hebrews 11.

I Corinthians 3:

 “So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 8 Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.

10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

Prophecy:

“Thus saith the Lord: ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer of all nations.’ Where My people dwell, is My house. For I promised to dwell in them (abide), & they in Me. Therefore with joy shall ye drink water from the wells of salvation.” [Isaiah 12]

“Might to the pulling down of strongholds.

“The machinations of the enemy, devised in the darkness by dark foes, shall come to nothing, saith the Lord.

“All My promises are yea & amen. Yes, I have chosen thee, My end-time remnant, to be a light shining in the darkness - & darkness shall be overcome by that light. The wicked works of darkness are being exposed into the light, & defeated.”

“PURIFY your Church.”

Scripture:

Hebrews 4: 12-13

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.”

Prophecy:

“Now is the time, My children, to go forth as a mighty threshing sledge having teeth, a voice crying in the wilderness ‘Prepare ye, prepare ye the way of the Lord – the Healer, Saviour, Baptizer in the Holy Ghost, & Soon Coming King – far sooner than when ye first believed.

“For I am the Lord of the Harvest, saith the Lord. I gather My sheaves into My barn when the time is ripe.

“Be aware of My times & seasons, saith the Lord. They are not as other men’s, who are deceived by the worldly works of darkness.

“The devil is under My feet, saith the Lord, & he & his servants will reap the grapes of wrath – the other harvest – when I tread them under My feet, with blood, bones & gnashing of teeth in the outer darkness.

“Be not deceived: God is not mocked, not any longer to be spat upon as they spat upon Me, when I walked to My death, to save a dying world.

“I am the Lord of life, not death. Have I not saved you, not once but many times, from the snares of the enemy of your souls? Be wise in this season – wise virgins, not foolish ones, who are caught unprepared when the bridegroom cometh in all His glory. Too many have been asleep in My presence. Too many have been diverted by the pleasured of the flesh – the world, the flesh & the devil all work this web of deception against My saints in light.

“Achieve My purposes at all costs, for the time is short till the harvest is fully gone; & My miracles are for today. They have never changed, never gone away. Only believe, & act on My Word each day. Be ready. Be swift to fulfil My purposes. For as I have said, all My promises are yea & amen. Be not deceived. I walk at thy side & work in you & through you, to bring about the perfect day. The path of the just is a shining path, forever glorious as is My kingdom which is not of this earth, but will come to pass in the latter days upon the earth.”

2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people,
thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath:
thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

4 Turn us, O God of our salvation,
and cause thine anger toward us to cease.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever?
wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
6 Wilt thou not revive us again:
that thy people may rejoice in thee?
7 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord,
and grant us thy salvation.

8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak:
for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints:
but let them not turn again to folly.
9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him;
that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Mercy and truth are met together;
righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth;
and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
12 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good;
and our land shall yield her increase.
13 Righteousness shall go before him;
and shall set us in the way of his steps.”

Key Scripture for the Prophecy above:

Revelation 14, especially verse 7 (The two harvests etc.).

“saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”

See also Romans 13:11 ff.

“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.”

Scripture (along with vision):

Habakkuk 2:1

“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower,
and will watch to see what he will say unto me,
and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2 And the Lord answered me, and said,
Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables,
that he may run that readeth it.
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time,
but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:
though it tarry, wait for it;
because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

Summary:

A river of life is flowing.

Big ‘wake up call”!

All about times, seasons, being ready, understanding the times, very watchful for the time. Goal coming into view, closer & closer.

Shalom Intercessory Prayer Meeting, Sunday 30/10/16

Introduction:

Pillar of cloud & fire – God guiding us as in the wilderness in Exodus. Song (Negro spiritual) ‘Let My People Go’ & ‘O Thou that Tellest Good Tidings to Zion.’

Prophecy:

“Shake the prison bars – springs in the desert. My people which were not a people, now set free in the name of Jesus, from the captivity of the enemy for a season.

“Hear My voice, ye peoples of the earth & I will declare My purposes to you- Enough! Enough! Enough is enough, saith the Lord. The prison doors will open, in the name of Jesus, just as the stone was rolled away in the time of Lazarus. Yea, saith the Lord, My captivity is over.”

MD “Suffer the little children to come unto Me, & forbid them not.”

Scripture:

Isaiah 62: 10-12

“Go through, go through the gates;
prepare ye the way of the people;
cast up, cast up the highway;
gather out the stones;
lift up a standard for the people.
11 Behold, the Lord hath proclaimed unto the end of the world,
Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh;
behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
12 And they shall call them,
The holy people, The redeemed of the Lord:
and thou shalt be called,

Sought out, A city not forsaken.”

Highway of holiness (prepare ye the way of the Lord). Remove the blockages! Breaking through to clear the way.

Jesus must have the pre-eminence.

Vision & Prophecy:

Beams / shafts of light, coming straight down from heaven to earth.

“Heaven is My throne, & the earth is My footstool.”

“These are the days of open heaven, direct shafts of light, like beams, straight from heaven to earth.

“Stand fast in My light; hear from Me & see Me at all times – walk in My light – in the light of My Word – for in Me is no darkness at all – only divine revelation direct from Me, from the throne of light. Nothing can stand in My presence that is not of Me. All shadows & things of darkness fade away – for they are not real, they are not lasting, they have no foundations. Only I am holy & everlasting life is in My hands alone.

“Darkness shall flee away, & only life in abundance shall be left standing.

“Fear not the fleeting ghosts of time – everything that is temporal & temporary shall flee away. Persecution is for but a season – climb higher into the light – I am the true light (John 1, Psalm 121).”

John 1:4, James 1:17.

Isaiah 58:11, Ephesians 1: 15 ff. & 2:6.

The 7 Year Plan: Review of Progress

The first part of the meeting was taken up with this, including the following points:

  • Re-reading Stanley Frodisham’s Prophecy

  • Reviewing progress of each stage of the Plan

  • Reviewing target intercessions for Intercession Group 1 (Shalom).

  •

Great progress has been made in the 18 months since the Plan was first given. Much remains to be done!

Theme from the Lord:

The river of life – waters from the throne of God – times of refreshing – early & latter rain, together (Rev. 22) **

Song:

“All over the world, the Spirit is moving,

All over the world, as the prophets said it would be.

All over the world, there’s a brand new revelation

Of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”

Prophecy:

“All around you see My Spirit is moving & My desire is that you walk with Me, flow with Me, grow with Me, into a fit & proper man of God, fighting for the truth in heavenly armour, that is so light, so light (in both ways) that you feel you are flying, no longer tossed to & fro with every wind of doctrine, but flying high above, through the height & depths of My love, basking in My light, full of My words & My Spirit.

“It is as if you have left the old season behind & below! You, like a grown fledgling leaving the old nest to fly higher, higher, growing up into My love.

“Look upwards & onwards – the old is gone, the new is come. Do not be entangled again with the yoke of bondage, the wiles of the enemy.

“Serve Me, search for Me, obey Me, & live in My love & power.”

MD talked of the waters flowing – more power, moving not just stones, but boulders, out of the way. Stronger than the strongest waterfall – stronger & more vigorous. ‘It’s a time of moving on, blockages moved aside.’ Holy highway, being prepared in some way.

MB: Isaiah chapter 35:

“The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them;
and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
2 It shall blossom abundantly,
and rejoice even with joy and singing:
the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it,
the excellency of Carmel and Sharon,
they shall see the glory of the Lord,
and the excellency of our God.

3 Strengthen ye the weak hands,
and confirm the feeble knees.
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart,
Be strong, fear not:
behold, your God will come with vengeance,
even God with a recompence;
he will come and save you.
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.
6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart,
and the tongue of the dumb sing:
for in the wilderness shall waters break out,
and streams in the desert.
7 And the parched ground shall become a pool,
and the thirsty land springs of water:
in the habitation of dragons, where each lay,
shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
8 And an highway shall be there, and a way,
and it shall be called The way of holiness;
the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those:
the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
9 No lion shall be there,
nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon,
it shall not be found there;
but the redeemed shall walk there:
10 and the ransomed of the Lord shall return,
and come to Zion with songs
and everlasting joy upon their heads:
they shall obtain joy and gladness,
and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”

MD: The Lord wants to build us up to walk forever closer – His ways are true & holy.

Conclusion:

The reading of the 7-Year Plan, the Prophecies of Frodisham (1965) & the Acid Cloud (1994) are confirmed by I Peter 4:

“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; 2 that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. 3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: 4 wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: 5 who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. 6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging. 10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13 but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.”

Introduction:

God is releasing the waterfall.

Chorus: ‘Ascribe Greatness ….’ based on Deuteronomy 32:3-4.

‘Ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect:
for all his ways are judgment:
a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.’

Prophecy:

“Depth & stability are in Me & Me alone for I am the Rock of your Salvation & I would have you deeply rooted & founded upon Me. For I AM the foundation: there is no other; the chief Head & Cornerstone whom the builders once rejected.

“Without Me there is no building, no foundation, no strength & no honour. For I am your Rock & Fortress, an ever present help in trouble - & these are troubled times, with deception & betrayal on every corner. Therefore seek Me & be still & know that I am God. There is no other who can save you from the savagery & carnage that is at the door of time.

“I AM the Lord: I change not. Therefore rejoice in Me with singing as I still the storms raging around you & give you greater depths of stability, strength, joy & peace.”

Scriptures:

Psalm 29 (last verse); Psalm 91.

Vision:

Great high enemy walls & fortresses coming down.

Prophecy:

“Have I not told thee? That I would make thee a mighty threshing sledge having teeth [Isaiah 41]. Have I not told thee? That signs will follow the preaching of My Word [to the nations].”

Prophetic Song (Interpretation):

“My Spirit & the voice of My Spirit goeth through the earth, calling, calling My people to Me, & those who hunger & thirst for Me. My voice is louder & stronger in these last days saying, ‘Eat, drink, be ye filled.’ For those in the wilderness.”

Word (MD):

He is feeding His army – has to be fed & strengthened to go forward with Him – forever forward & higher in His strength.

Prayer:

For God to “set a seal on the Congo experience & anointing.”

Key Scripture:

Ezekiel chapter 8:

God transports Ezekiel from Babylon to Jerusalem in the Spirit, to show him what is really going on. [Very relevant to the intercession on 20/11/16].

“And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord God fell there upon me. 2 Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. 3 And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. 4 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain.

5 Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. 6 He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.

7 And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. 8 Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. 9 And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here.10 So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. 11 And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. 12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The Lord seeth us not; the Lord hath forsaken the earth.

13 He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. 14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the Lord’s house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz.

15 Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations than these. 16 And he brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the Lord, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the Lord, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.

17 Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. 18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them.”

Note:

The door has now been opened – notice the next one, the door of the gate of the Lord’s house (women) & then the inner court of the Lord’s house (Baal / sun worship).

John 10:

Jesus says, “I am the door.”

Interesting to note that Daniel, Ezekiel & John (when he wrote Revelation) were all in exile & captivity when given visions.

Word (MD):

This is a time of opening doors, more & more, wider & wider, slowly but surely opened – to reveal what is behind them – have to be opened wider to see what is behind them=time of opening up.”

Key Scripture:

Revelation 3:7-13:

Letter to the Church at Philadelphia.

“7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Scriptures:

“I am the Lord that healeth thee.”

Exodus 15: 23-27

23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.24 And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?25 And he cried unto the Lord; and the Lord shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them, 26 and said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the  Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

27 And they came to Elim, where were twelve wells of water, and threescore and ten palm trees: and they encamped there by the waters.

Revelation 22: 1-2

 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

“Rest in Me” saith the Lord. He is peace & rest – He is the tree of life.

Genesis 2: 15-24

15 And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. 19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. 20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him. 21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 and the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Genesis 3: The Fall

 The Tree of Life=Jesus & the true Church. The Tree of Knowledge =the ‘other Jesus’ & the false Church. See Proverbs 3: 13-18

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom,
and the man that getteth understanding.
14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver,
and the gain thereof than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies:
and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand;
and in her left hand riches and honour.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
and all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her:
and happy is every one that retaineth her.

Proverbs 4: 20-22

My son, attend to my words;
incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes;
keep them in the midst of thine heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them,
and health to all their flesh.

Prophecies:

“Be at peace, there is no shadow of turning with Me. I know the end from the beginning.”

“I, the Lord, am a consuming fire – I have come to burn away the dross – all that is not of Me shall be burned up, like chaff (see Malachi). For the threshing-floors are here – the chaff is being burned up even now. You will look, & will not seen it. You will turn & the enemy will flee, all of a sudden. You will not see him.

“Reveal your glory in these last days, as your flesh lives melt away in the presence of the Lord. For I am holy, & the lives of surrendered saints are pleasing in My sight. Surrendered saints who die to the self-life, the flesh, & move by the Spirit of God & at His command, are completely outside & without the clutches of the god of this world, who goes about like a roaring lion, seeking who he may devour.

“He rages in these last days in desperation & frustration as he sees My Church arise once more, as in the beginning.

“Be very resolute & look to Me alone, as in the Frodisham prophecy. Only the strong – strong in Me – will survive to see the fulfilment of My plans, made from the foundation of the world.

“Glorify Me (John 17) & be ye glorified.”

The Two Adams:

Adam 1st. (before the Fall)

Adam 2nd. restored 100% union with God – Jesus = tree of life – eternal life.

See I Corinthians 15 (whole chapter) esp. verses 45, 47

20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.

24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. 29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead? 30 And why stand we in jeopardy every hour? 31 I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily. 32 If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.

33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners. 34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? 36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: 37 and that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: 38 but God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. 39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. 40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. 42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43 it is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44 it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.

There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. 46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. 48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as isthe heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

 Revelation 1: 4-8

4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; 5 and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 6 and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

“It is finished.” See Romans 3.

Prophecy:

“Learn to do good in My sight – strengthen the feeble knees – enter into My gates with praise & My courts with joy. See as I see, My righteous ones, clothed in garments of praise – no spirit of heaviness. A right & just sceptre of salvation is before thee – as the Lord lowers His sceptre to allow you into His presence (Book of Esther). Those who seek His presence with sin, defilement & wrong thoughts & motives will die being cast out of His presence forever.

“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. [Matthew 5: 8]

“Examine yourselves. I have been testing you in the fires but am also with you in them, as with Daniel, as with Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego.

“They will not touch you for you have never forsaken Me.

“For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.”

2 Peter chapters 2-3, especially chapter 2 verse 17:

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. 3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. 4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; 5 and spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; 6 and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;7 and delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:8 (for that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)9 the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: 10 but chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities. 11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord. 12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; 13 and shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15 which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;16 but was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. 18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. 20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.”
