Part 13 – The Trustee Meetings

In line with British Constitutional Law that relate our life’s activities in the priority of the Spirit above the Temporal, we operate our activities primarily in this manner.

​

Of course, this can bring spiritual attack and does, the walking away of our former Minister and Trustee Clive Bate from our operations at Barry was we believe a result of Jezebellic activity that over the years of our ministry – over thirty years this has cost us we have been told five and a half million pounds, and we are called of the Lord to get the return of this, trustees and trustees to be throughout the year being determined that assurances given by Clive Bate be kept to.

Trustee meetings in the year were limited as much time was spent setting up the ministry at Whithorn after moving from North Wales. In addition, as has been shown in this report many programmes were livestreamed, student courses either monitored or brought in, it being clear that we needed to believe for workers to come into the harvest.

Trustees continue to be aware of the history, and the importance of protecting the ministry from Romanist infiltration to stop us being a Protestant Reformed religion, the religion the Monarch put herself on oath to uphold in 1953.

2. After the reading of Professor Noble’s piece in BCN – that the trustees wholeheartedly support Professor Noble in his exposure of an underlying system designed to undermine those of traditional values & that a letter be sent to him saying so. II Cor 4:4.

3. After the reading of Todd’s letter (warning letter from USA) – trustees understand what we have been facing and that without BREXIT and TRUMP the oppression would have continued.

4. After the reading of the funding of charities for unconstitutional purposes by the EU and past British governments – that now post-BREXIT government owes us grants to restore its own Constitution (hence the course) – street stalls alongside Change Britain.

5. That trustees and our professional advisers understand that we have been warned by a senior CID officer of the nature of the high-level attack against us.

6. That the ministry has been warned of the targeting going on by Paul Diamond, Barrister and that the first three months in prison are the worst!

7. That trustees inform creditors of all this.

8. That intercessions have taken place to bring the conditions for the truth to come out and recovery not only to us but to the remnant to take place.

9. That the Charity Commission has protected large charities giving high wages and pensions to its employees from publicly given funds, the public thinking the money was primarily for the cause stated – particularly in view of Daniel Hannan’s clear evidence of named charities benefitting by bowing down to a political ideal illegal under our Constitution – 1534 Act of Supremacy.

10. That the Charity Commission targeted us, a charity of sacrifice with illegal (under our Constitution) approaches of emphasizing procedure and policy above the meaning of the word charity which is agape. The charity took the witness of two known violent criminals in its investigation and did not give heed to the context of the situation, one of the senior investigators not declaring a conflict of interest, she being found out having RC charismatic links in Wales who had been opposing us. It needs to be recognized that these actions cost the charity its resources to operate smoothly.

11. The fact Lindsay and I were taken into a small room and threatened by an Islamic Barrister that if we say anything the system will take everything from us not consistent with British Constitutional Law and that this should be known.

12. That the BBC National Radio should want to do a programme on us based on ridiculous accusations be known. That the stress of this was massive and that miraculously we were helped legally without charge.

13. That the Home Office rejected a key worker’s application to work with us causing huge hours to be worked by remaining staff.

 

Trustees therefore are reminded of this, and so need to be aware. Whilst the primary reason for moving the H/Q to SW Scotland was to return The Bible College of Wales – Original Vision to the spiritual birthplace of the ministry, it was also noted the benefits to be away from a group targeting us in North Wales in line with the same attacks the Early Church had to endure.

RISK: With understaffing in the Charity there is a risk of non-operation should specialist staff be unavailable for long periods.

It was clear from the previous trustee meetings, the importance of not only carrying on, but carrying of with a greater determination to meet the goals of the seven year plan:

LCMI TRUSTEES CASE TO CARRY ON

 

1. Trustees believe it is not right to bow down to the tyranny within the establishment of the last thirty years that has targeted us and looked to destroy us and the calling God has given us, a calling that has cost David and Lindsay Griffiths all they have, the same being prepared now to go to paid employment and give all they have to a cause God gave by specific word to continue and not close.

 

Evidence for this statement

 

1. The Scriptures clearly inform us who the god of this world is and that he will endeavour to prevail against us. By exposing his activity however he is commanded to restore so this statement exposes completely the activity against us and it is the belief of trustees that the resources have to follow to fulfil the call.

2.  That the trustees of this ministry do not trust the legal processes of the nation whilst under European control, contrary to the 1534 Act of Supremacy that specifically forbids such infiltration. The Trustees do however accept solely British Law based on the Elizabethan Settlement and the Coronation Oath of the Monarch – we being Constitution Keepers rather than rebels to the Monarch’s Oath.

 

The obligations of the 1534 Act is as follows:

1. Increase in virtue (anointing) of Christ’s Religion.

2. Repress and extirpate all errors, heresies, and other enormities and abuses.

3. The Monarch to act in the line of repressing the extremities that are religiously affecting the nation.

4. To conserve the peace, unity and tranquillity of the realm.

5. To repress the infiltration of foreign laws and systems into our nation.

 

The obligation of the Head of State according to her oath (1689 Act) is as follows:

 

1. Maintain the statutes, laws and customs of the realm.

2. Government of the People is the Monarch’s responsibility according to the statutes of Parliament and the laws and customs of the same.

3. Law and justice in mercy to be executed in all judgements.

4. The Laws of God maintained, the Monarch being obligated to do this by the utmost of her power meaning she is honour bound not to allow laws onto the statute book that contravene the Word of God, any such law being null and void according to this constitutional demand.

5. The utmost of the Monarch’s power has to be used in relation to the ongoing profession of the Gospel and the Protestant Reformed Religion that has been established by law.

6. Rights and privileges are given by law to Bishops and clergy meaning in reality that anyone who tries to quieten the ministry of the Gospel would be in effect guilty of High Treason.

 

This “case to carry on” clearly shows that over the last thirty years that the above principles have not been applied in our legal dealings with state bodies.

 

Professor Arthur Noble, British Church Newspaper, 09 December 2016 gives clear evidence of a conspiracy against ministries such as ours that is now coming out to the fore and that post-BREXIT this ministry will flourish. He states that there has been “an oligarchy of banksters and large corporations – a confederacy of evil” that has been hiding behind a “façade of cross-cooperating as the promoters of freedom, peace, human rights, the alleviation of world poverty and hunger, and the general betterment of mankind.”

 

Professor Noble continues to say that the very aim however has been just the opposite spreading chaos by “first destroying the traditional concepts of humanity, religious beliefs, nationhood, family, gender and even civilization itself”, all in the aim of bringing about a one world government, in our view full of socialistic, controlling ideals that has been dominating government agencies including ones who have directly opposed us including Social Services, the Court of Protection and its lawyers, and the Charity Commission.

 

The uprisings that are going on around the World at this time tell us that this Order has been thwarted in that it is now out in the open despite of Hillary Clinton’s accusations of “fake news”!

 

Despite of all but being destroyed by a Charity Commission enquiry based on letter rather than spirit, an enquiry brought about by complaints into them by two known violent criminals and a person who herself had professed having been in witchcraft, we still have decided to carry on rejoicing in the fact that under the heading The Tyranny of the Status Quo Daniel Hannan MEP has exposed a tyranny that the Charity Commission has chosen to ignore, that some large charities have chosen to forsake their own and nation’s heritage and culture so as to bring about financial resource from Europe.

 

Substantially proving his case the MEP refers to the then Foreign Secretary David Miliband who made “a great song and dance” about the fact that it was not only Labour Europhiles who embraced the Lisbon Treaty but also a whole range of NGO’s. “The NSPCC has pledged its support, as have One World Action, Action Aid and Oxfam……. Environmental organisations support the treaty provisions on sustainable development and even the commission of bishops support the treaty. This is a coalition, not of ideology, but integrity.”

 

At a time when the morality and integrity of our ministry is being questioned by the embracers of policy and procedure, nothing is being said by the Charity Commission of the importance of sacrifice and love and the giving of one’s life for another. This has all gone the way of high salaries, pensions and correct legal procedure! This ministry is right in its refusal to bow down to such people.

 

“Integrity” continues Hannan. “A few moments on the Internet revealed that every organisation he had cited was in receipt of EU subventions. Most of them, it turned out, had also received grants from the British government.” It is clear that as with our case with the Charity Commission no conflict of interest was cited.

 

Yet in our case trustees had sacrificed to maintain the vision, founders had sacrificed all they had, an overwhelming spiritual sense of complete submission to the cause had at times gripped the ministry only for in one case a court to decide there was a lack of mental capacity.

 

Here however in this case deals were being drawn to sacrifice our nation to a foreign philosophy and cause, a philosophy that in case after case was designed to destroy us, a philosophy out of line with our nation’s Constitutional acts.

 

“Hardly surprising, then” declared Hannan, “that they should dutifully endorse a treaty supported by their paymasters. What was surprising was the extent of their financial dependency. When Mr Milliband sat down, I fired off a written question, asking the European Commission how much money it had paid these organisations. It turned out that, in the previous year , Action Aid, the NSPCC, One World Action and Oxfam had among them been given 43,051,542.95

 

Not surprising then for Hannan to ask the question: “Can organisations in receipt of such colossal subsidies legitimately call themselves “non-governmental.” Can they claim to be independent? Can they even describe themselves a charities – at least in the sense that we commonly understand the word?”

 

We now come to the Commission of Bishops Mr Milliband had cited, the Commission in favour of the Lisbon Treaty taking Britain out of its Constitutionsal obligations to the Monarch’s Oath to God. Hannan discovered that the Commission referred to was the Commission of Bishops’ Conferences of the European Community. He discovered that this Commission was not a group of Bishops of British episcopal persuasion but “it was a Brussels based outfit whose purpose was to promote reflection, based on the (Roman Catholic) Church’s social teaching on the challenges facing a united Europe.” It is our view that it was this ideology coming against us through the Charity Commission and Conwy County Council Social Services in two separate cases that drained us of vital resources, resources not lacking with these Bishops, not lacking with treacherous charities but lacking with us because we’re keeping our laws whilst the others were embracing foreign law contrary to the 1534 Act of Supremacy. Now post-BREXIT justice needs to be done and we are going to see in Christ Jesus Name that it is done!

 

2. Summary of Activities Against us Show Over the last years Adherence to Law Alien to our Christian Heritage and Constitution …….

 

Personal Examples:

1. 1992: The stealing of our resources to the Irish para-military cause against our will, despite evidence – prosecution – not in the public interest. We have witnesses including a solicitor, accountant and a then Police Sergeant.

2. 1992: The poisoning of a fellow minister – no prosecution, no known enquiry – yet story known all over the Highlands in the early 90’s.

3. 1992-1996: The Tyranny of Elim who professed at that time to run a “Bible College” yet the Bible of the founder was never used, Egyptian theology taught over Christian orthodoxy and movement placed under an institution (Manchester University) that Professor Peake had previously infiltrated with his false doctrines of higher criticism, an infiltration warned about by the Assemblies of God in 1924.

4. 2010 – The Personal Threats and known Criminals reporting us to Charity Commission draining us of resources. “Text messages” saying “we will destroy you through official channels” came in from a known criminal with a violent record. Government action after government action followed – legal and procedures costs soared draining the Charity of vital resources, the Commission placing its enquiry notes on line affecting our reputation. No wonder we have been battling – but we are not backing down.

5. Home Office Rejection of Staff

6. 2014: Sheila’s Choice Case – Criminal and Civil and their different outcomes – criminal enquiry related to a false accusation that we had been taking money from Sheila Standish outside of her choice. The criminal enquiry had full co-operation from us and nothing was found but in the civil case we were taken into a small room, threatened by an Islamic barrister in relation to saying anything costing us money we do not have and to accept paying £9,000 by order of the court. The question here was fundamentally Christian – the choice of Sheila – how is then that an Islamic Barrister was allowed to threaten us this way. As a Christian I would not expect to be involved in settling Islamic matters so how is it someone of another faith can settle a fundamentally Christian matter, particularly as the accuser was secular Socialist?

 

3.  The Professional Warnings of Targeting

 

1. Paul Diamond, Barrister has warned of targeting directly to us – the most dangerous to the status quo being those who have nothing to lose!

2. A Secret Service Agent has visited in relation to safety procedures.

4.  Effectiveness of Intercession

 

Such has been the attack against this ministry that comes from the Rees Howells stable that only intercession can bring the breakthrough, and the country now is in process of returning to the laws we were brought up with, with British Justice over European law, with the assumption of innocence unlike the civil case where we were forced to prove our innocence and then not allowed to tell our story. 5.  A Command to Carry On – Not a Request – the World Owing Us the Return!

(1) Going through, updating & amending Minutes of Charity Year 2018 to 2019.

Meeting Part 1, 07/12/18:

It was agreed to amend the decision on new technology (mobile phones & TV computer) from Apple to “Windows 10 PCs.” See also pages 8-10 of accompanying booklet re possible leasing deals for new technology.

Meeting Part 2, 02/01/19:

Trustee Welcome Packs have been made up & sent out to all existing & potential Trustees. Now in process of appointing new Trustees & implementing the retirement of MB (Marjorie Beynon).

Membership Structure: DG proposed this should now be a covenantal structure, not just ‘partnership’ as before. This was agreed.

(2) The New Database, putting on of New Trustees, setting up SKYPE Meetings.

DG reported that great deal of work has been completed to set up new database. Mailing list now app. 280 people, plus a few by post. Also, DG contacts about 5000 friends on Facebook.

It is anticipated that once all new Trustees have been appointed, future meetings will be held via Skype.

(3) Urgency of the Every Creature Commission.

This is linked to the progression of the 7-Year Plan (see number 6 below). This must progress to fulfilment over the next 3 years. Essential to involve people from every country, with a world-wide prayer network to break through for this to be achieved. Also, within the UK Trustees are looking to unite the remnant believers to uphold traditional biblical values, & for prayer. This has proved difficult in the past because of apparent divisions within the remnant, but recent developments have been more hopeful.

DG reported good progress in these areas, with new fundraising pages & professional advice from ‘Charity Checkout.’ All websites being updated & research ongoing re potential backers for the ministry.

(6) Presentation of the 7-Year Plan.

DG explained this new & vibrant presentation of the ministry vision through the 7-Year Plan, in a ‘5B’s + 1C’ format shown on front of house, on websites (see www.ecctv.org) & fundraising pages.

DG also explained that the VOIP system is known to be very complicated, partly because of the amount of separate numbers required. Now that the ‘final router’ has arrived, the new telephone system sort-out is almost complete!

Insurance:

 BM reminded those present that there was an urgent need to finalise insurance quotes & shortly to make a decision for next year’s insurances (for date in September 2019 to September 2020).

 

Action (LG): Phone Catherine at NFU re progress & proposed visit to us this August. Ask for a date for visit. Look at any other quotes.

Accountant:

​

BM proposed that we request arrangement involving monthly payments; looking to pay her £100 per month from August. This was agreed by all.

​

Action (DG): Phone Zoe, & put in payment on last day of month, every month.

​

There may be a way of saving this amount through less costly insurances.

​

Urgent Repairs to Property:

​

BM suggested these should be listed & if possible implemented before onset of winter. The main repairs are in the flat: windows of lounge & loft bedroom to be replaced, plus bathroom floor ‘sunk’ in one part. In the downstairs hall cupboard, common furniture beetle present, which needs to be treated.

Action (LG): Contact Resource Efficient Scotland re 3 quotes & fill in form.

Visit to Accountant:

​

After Annual Report completed, some date in August, contact Zoe Devenport re visiting her to review Barry situation & ask this question: should we now become a Scotland only Charity, with an international vision, thus no longer having the Barry contract?

Action (DG): Arrange date & visit Accountant.

The Barry Situation

​

There is now a clear way forward in this, some of which is already completed. As a Christian charity, we have looked to bring all sides together on this, to agree the most ethical, understanding & fair solution. However, email after email, special delivery letter after special delivery letter, have all failed to bring about dialogue.

​

A drive of over 400 miles to an arranged meeting also failed, in that Clive Bate did not attend, & refused to answer his 24-hour helpline number!

​

Missions Support

​

The new database (mentioned in previous minutes of 27/07/19) allows for much more effective cataloguing of prayers & reports back. As BM reports from the mission field, the information & co-ordinated prayer will be circulated.
