On a cold April evening high above Colwyn Bay, North Wales BRIAN MASON INTERCESSOR brings out into the open the witchcraft that had been affecting the townships of Old Colwyn, The Bay Itself and Rhos On Sea.

This witchcraft had manifest itself into a binding hold over the area suppressing economic growth by bringing a lulling spirit over the area that resisted change into LIFE and brought about an attitude of "more of the Same".
